It took nearly three hours for us to get into the apartment. The fob on the key chain did not work on the front door or the lift and it took that long to provide us with a keycard.

Close to the galleries and lake. Enough room to stretch out.

The afternoon sun can make the unit uncomfortable, need to use the AC. There were spider webs (and a number of spiders) on the northern facing window that we cleared.

Comfortable, large beds. Natural light and balcony. Car park.

Dishes a bit dirty but wasn’t a problem to clean in the kitchen.

Brilliant location and view. Comfortable bed and well supplied. Great to have parking.

Hot in the afternoon with western sun.

Furnishings and view. Modern appliances though no instructions at all on how to use. Very convenient location to High Court (and National Gallery etc.)

No instructions for appliances. I could not get dryer to properly dry clothes. I noted the container for the water was full. I emptied this but that made no difference. Dishes were not all clean and also cutlery. Pubic hair at back of toilet seat. A dinner plate (not the top one in the pile) was dirty. I contracted a severe case of food poisoning (2nd night) after eating dinner from food freshly bought at the supermarket and cooked using the unit's appliances & utensils and eaten with the unit's crockery etc. I do not know where the contaminant occurred and cannot suggest it was the unit's "equipment" as I do not know and it may well have been the fresh food. Dingy dark carpet wrinkling up on the foyer. Toilet roll holder in a place extremely difficult to reach when needed! Large balcony with not one item of furniture or plant. Drawers in wardrobe poorly installed such that they rubbed against the wardrobe frame making terrible noise and if one did not compensate then two drawers would not open. Fridge instruction provided in email not relevant for the fridge in my apartment. But at least they did endeavour to provide some instructions! No ice in fridge. Description to obtain keys from letterbox not clear enough for me (60) and not used to this type of acomodation. A couple of diagrams or photos would have made it obvious. No range-hood. No instructions as to where to put garbage in building though I recalled something about a shute. I looked for one on the floor and could not find one. I went to the parking floor and could not find the bins. After booking through Booking.com I was subsequently sent a communication from the establishment that I would be charged a 3.5% credit card fee. I raised this with Booking.com who immediately provided me with a refund to cover this cost. Possibly the worst thing is that if you lock yourself out by mistake, you have had it.
