Great location in the centre of town, clean, comfortable room.

Not a great breakfast

The location is quite central

Service, the check in staff greeted us without any hospitality of what you expected from a decent price hotel in Ha Tien. They also asked for my family members to produce National ID card, kept them forgot to return while quickly charged us for drinks from the fridge. When asked for ID to return, they charged money for mail service.

Ha Tien is a small river town. The Vishua is the best hotel in town. The staff are fantastic and looked after us extremely well. The breakfast served was a define bonus.

Friendly and helpful staff

Hotel did not check the room before assigning to guest. Room had no night light, broken door bell, no hair dryer. Hotel staff resolved problems very late and unsatisfactory.

Even though i had a very bad experience with hotel, my feeling was better the day after in the morning during the breakfast..

This new hotel (feb 2023 I stayed 2 nites here) is exceptional. Everything is first class down to the very modern bathroom fixtures! It's located very close to the prominade/beach where lots of fishing boats bring their catches to sell in the market early in the mornings. Close to other markets as well. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful to get me a bus back to Chau Doc or beyond. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable! I couldn't praise it more. This is the stopping off point for Phuo Quoc but I didn't go there this trip.

Really nothing not to like! Such friendly people in this city of Ha Tien!

Noisy location if room at front of property. No alcohol sold at bar! Swimming point had lots of debris floating in it.

I really liked my room on the top floor with the view of the city. It was spacious, clean and full of light. Make sure you take this kind of room as the others might be good as well but without the view. The chief reception manager was really helpful and spoke great English. A very comfortable bed, I slept like a baby

This was a nice place. The woman at the front desk also helped me book my boat ride. As a foreigner this is kind of a strange town. You hear birds 24/7. Ha it’s hard to explain you have to witness it.

-super noisy - couldn’t sleep because of the noise in the corridors and outside (no soundproofing at all) -our room window was on the garage of the hotel, hence we were woken up every30 minutes by cars, mechanic doors or the security guard screaming. -asked to change rooms, the reception told us « let me see what I can do, then never reached out again. just did not care -breakfast was really poor and staff were sleeping/on their phones when we arrived. -bed was not comfortable. -they use single use plastics for shampoo last thing which isn’t really their fault, the city is a huge birds nest harvesting place, it’s super noisy, day and night. rooftop swimming pool is unusable for this reason

It's new hotel. The location is super good. Staff are friendly.

The smell in the bathroom. Balcony is big however it's shared with the next room.
