beds were OK, but a bit lumpy. mattress quality was fair.

The location was convenient to Riagmore Hospital. Reason for being on Inverness.

The apartment was in need of a very good clean. Carpet dirty, walls in kitchen marked, kitchen cupboards greasy. The bed linen of poor quality.

The location was fab. Building had all we needed, girls really enjoyed their stay. Owners were very helpful and friendly. The temperature of the apartment was spot on, after being in a far too hot lodge the previous nights it was greatly appreciated!!

As far as cleaning goes, I'd say I'm quite OCD. I'd appreciate small things, grouting around bath to be redone, some of the wall look much better with a lick of paint etc, just a proper deep clean and tidy up but the cleanliness of the property that we were physically using was absolutely great. And didn't feel 'dirty' whatsoever. Wouldn't put me off, just could have a lovely wow feel to it if the little bits were tidied up.

excellent location with plenty parking available. decorated to a nice standard.

the cleanliness (it wasn’t cleaned to a very good standard. There were dog hairs on the sofa, thick layer of dust on sideboard, mould in bathroom) and the front bedroom window seal must be broken as it was very cold with a constant draught.

Great value apartment on the outskirts of town. Clean, tidy and comfortable, ideal for 4 tired mountain bikers to recover for the evening post Strathpuffer!

Friendly hosts. Answered my messages almost immediately. Nice clean, cosy apartment. When we arrived it was nice and warm inside and smelled lovely. Situated in a nice quiet area. We will definitely book again.

-location is great, close to town with plenty of parking. -decor is nice and the flat feels welcoming and homely. -hosts very friendly and helpful. checkin was efficient and gave us all the information we needed -ability to cook own food rather than eating out every night.
