Wonderful hotel, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was exceptionally helpful and professional, and the location was also great. We felt very safe and well looked after. The room service was very impressive and we enjoyed all the meals we had at the hotel, especially the Pakistani tea. We would like to particularly thank Mr. Muhammad Ahmed at the front desk and Mr. Ali Zain, both were very kind and helpful. Also Mr. Asif Miraj, who looked after us very well. We are looking forward to visiting again very soon!

There was a shortage of staff on the day of Eid, which made it difficult for us as international guests. In particular, we needed a hotel car to take us somewhere, and there was none available. We would also request for a large weighing scale to be made available, for easy weighing of luggage before flights. The small weighing scale in our room was malfunctioning, and also very difficult to use.

washroom had a bad smell,sewrage system needs work. Person accompanying you to the room will stsy at your room untill you give him some money which is very unprofessional and uncomfortable. When we have paid full amount to hotel then these demands are not justified. Being a 4-5 Star hotel Ramada should work on training of their staff.
