Sea view bars not open in daytime, even tho advertised. Thought a covid thing, but at night they would close daytime bar, and open one with a sea view!!??? Plus they have two, one massive, one tiny. They would have band, disco at night, in the tiny one, which took the mockery out of covid rules, which were in place in rest of hotel??? Also could not get a seat, so had to go into town for a drink every night. This is my second visit this year, same bar issues at both visits. Also in july our TV had a good selection of english channels. On second day they lost signal Not even news channel available. We reported this every day, not fixed Still not working in September. The maintenance guy told us not yet fixed, but will be, NEVER FIXED. In July tried to tell duty manager, but he did not want to know, and said report it to reception. Lots German visitors and felt english were not respected,

The room was pretty big and the view is very nice. Breakfast was good.

First of all if you paying in different currency then euros, you will pay a lots more because of their high currency rate. I had guaranteed price with taxes and fees included, they charged me city tax and like 150€ more because of the rate. Everything there is about Germans, they speak to you just in german language even if you ask not to. And if they know you are some different nationality the waitresses can be pretty rude. It was like vacation in Berlin. German music, signs, etc. Not much people there speak english. Also the dinner was terrible, not much to choose and not good. But breakfast was good. There is just small beach fits like 5 people maybe, so you have to walk to the beach. I stayed in 2 hotels in Mallorca before and this one was the most expensive and worst one.

Beautiful room and facilities in a great location. Near to the best beaches in the area and with bars and restaurants close by.

I’m not sure we really had a lateral sea view room, although it was classified as this. We could see the sea well, but also the main building and a lot of other people’s balconies. The staff are also a bit mixed in terms of service level - I’m lucky I’m a fluent German speaker, otherwise I’m not sure we would have got by.

Location, Cleanliness, Facilities and general atmosphere! I would definately return :)

Most staff would approach and directly speak in German as the majority of guests are German. It would be nicer if they would approach speaking Spanish and then take it from there rather than assuming. Food options were great but some days the food wasn't too great on choice. Very strange they did not provide any toiletries which is strange due to the current situation I would suspect it is needed more.They should inform guests to come prepared.

Very good facilities ie swimming pools, spa, restaurant, sun loungers, etc, friendly and helpful staff, great location close to the beach and town centre but quiet at the same time, beautiful sea views. Good that it’s adults only.

Rooms were a bit disappointing in size, didn’t get much of a view in ours and didn’t feel very private on the ground floor, also not the best noise cancellation with noisy neighbors on their porch at night. There weren’t any toiletries and towels should have been provided for the pool/spa.

Location directly at the sea side, very chill and quit. Friendly and helpful stuff. Food was good for buffet.

First room we had was at the ground floor with sea view, but due to a water issue the room was smelling. Humidity very high! I would not book the rooms at ground floor for the same price as the others. After two days we booked a room at first floor, sea view, incredibly nice view, no smell. Room was also much cleaner. Stuff needs to pay more attetion to the cleanliness of the bathrooms!!

The hotel is in a great location close to Cala Agulla. The food for breakfast and dinner was very good, everyday something different and the desserts were great! For breakfast, you can take juice or make coffee and tea. The beds were comfortable but kept sliding apart at night. There is a small fridge in the room. Every day the ladies cleaned the room, they did it very thoroughly and the towels were changed every day. The hotel has three swimming pools outside and one inside. There is also a sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Everything is very new and tidy. Wifi works well. I recommend!

The air conditioning in the room was not working well, it was hot at night. There was a sewage smell in the sea view room. Drinks at dinner were paid. The service speaks German to you in advance

Breakfast and dinner were excellent with a very good selection. The hotel's location is just magnificent. View from the dining area was perfect.

No soap in the room due to covid-19 which is weird as soap is necessary to keep hands clean and not spread the virus. The hotel staff did not take any initiative to help when this issue was raised following checked-in. Had to buy shampoo and soap from the store instead. Although staff is very kind and polite, it seemed that German tourists got the best service in the hotel, so felt a bit "left aside". Many hotel staff do not speak nor understand English either, but they are fluent communicating in German.

very clean, up to date decor, been refurbed, so much better than before, , staff covid friendly, and friendly. food very good and plenty to choose from . Only one small problem, The TV had plenty of english tv channels to watch, After a couple of days, they no longer worked, only german channels were working. Complained every day to front desk, but dont think anything was done. Really annoying, not even a news channel available
