Wonderful property with everything you need. Great location. Loads of space within the home. Host was very responsive. We will stay here again in the future!

By no means a luxury property and still being updated. However, served our group of 10 well. Good access to beach, co-op around the corner, as well as various eateries, walking distance to town center and other stores. We had a couple of questions while there and host was very responsive.

Lovely park literally round the corner, shop down the passage way and bus stop nearby. No need to use the car. Very quiet location

We were a group of 3 families that included 5 adults and 6 children ranging from 6 to 11 years old staying over the new year.

Living room needs to be tidied up as it has a bit of a student house feel
No hot water in downstairs toilet
One of the metal framed beds collapsed when a guest slept on it so she had to put mattress on the floor
In all it was good value for money but it does need a little TLC. We would have paid slightly more if the above issues were addressed. Saying that we would rebook there in future.

Perfect Holiday Home
Used this property for a mini break to celebrate a milestone birthday and there were 5 family groups using the property. It was amazing. There was plenty of spacious bedrooms and we used the kids sitting room as an extra bedroom. The accommodation was lovely and well kept, the location was a 2 minute walk to the shops, the beach front, the local theatre/music venue and the park. It was everything you could need for a lovely family getaway. Hoping to stay again!

Large house perfect for get togethers!
We stayed for a weekend to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday. Everything we needed was there. The courtyard back garden was popular with all ages. Ages ranged from less than 1yr old upto 80. The house is situated perfectly for the beach and local shops. Lovely little coffee shop just 1 minute walk away. Just around the corner was a local park which was popular with all the children after tea. Plenty of on street parking close to the house. Great communication with the host Ben prior to arrival. An excellently situated house close to shops, cafes, restaurants and all the amenities of the beautiful resort of Llandudno.The house is a lovely spacious home. The dining room is a little shabby and the kitchen quite small but well supplied with all the equipment you might need.The bedrooms are all spacious and characterful.All in all our group of 15 ranging from 9 months to 67 years had a great time.

Disappointing
Greeted by box of rubbish with flies at front door. Fusty smell when entering property. Absence of floor coverings in bedrooms. Curtains not hung properly in 2 bedrooms. First floor rear bedroom only has one small chest of drawers of which one does not open. Electric wall points in that bedroom and dining room are dangerous. Notice stating fines for recycling will be deducted from damage deposit is not legal. A condition like this would have to be declared when customer is booking so they have an option not to book. There was a mop and bucket left in the dining room. No places to hang clothes in bedrooms. Plenty of space for a large group but let down by interior and taking everything into account the amount paid for this accommodation was too much.

Brilliant location. Big house. Very clean but the house needs alot of TLC.
Great to find a house large enough to cater for our family and friends for my husbands birthday weekend. The house heeds improving and alot of maintenance needs to be done, like painting, windows don't open in the lounge, back hard would be better slabbed and not gravel, table and benches need updating in back yard.

Great stay in a great location
Excerpt value for money. Big house with lots of space for the 7 adults and three children. Loads of games for the kids to play with. Plenty of crockery, glasses, towels etc. Good location. Parking on street easily available. Decor and furniture dated/mismatched but for the price we paid this was an amazing property. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing weekend in Llandudno
We stayed at the house for my husband's 60th birthday celebrations with our daughters and their families (8 adults and 3 children). The house was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and good showers. The kids loved the puppet theatre in the playroom and we all enjoyed their 'shows'! The location is also perfect, within walking distance of the beach, pier, shops and attractions. We would thoroughly recommend this house for anyone wanting accommodation for a family gathering in Llandudno.

Lovely house in a perfect location close to the coast and plenty of amenities
We enjoyed a lovely long weekend in the house as a family of 12 (age range of 70 to 6 months!!). We love Llandudno so the location was great for us but it’s a long walk to the pier or a sandy bit of beach for the little legs.
Lots of convenience shops and takeaways very short walk away and it’s only 10-15mins walk into the central shopping area of Llandudno.
The house is well equipped and well decorated. Everything we needed was available and our children loved the play room and toys/games provided.
We would certainly visit again

Simply Perfect
Large terraced house, looks small on the outside but once you're inside it's like a tardis.
There were 9 adults celebrating Mums 80th birthday, this property was more than suitable. Plenty of room for everyone.
Perfect location 2 minutes to the beach, 10-15 minute stroll to the pier. Near all local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
Had a lovely weekend and would definitely recommend this property. Very well maintained and clean.
Has everything you need, literally home from home, and on a personal I love that this place is passionate about recycling.
You won't be disappointed.

Big old terraced house on a quiet residential street, with some recent upgrades
+ Great location near stores and restaurants (book Carlo's before you arrive).
+ Nice couches in living room, with big screen TV with all the channels.
+ Everything was clean, with nice linens and towels.
+ Fully equipped kitchen, with lots of plates and utensils.
+ Close to promenade for a very pleasant 20 minute walk into town.
+ Parking on the street was never a problem.
+ Lots of beds (some more comfortable than others).
+ Separate shower has great water pressure and two nice shower heads.
- no dryer (but clothes line outside if you have nice weather)

Good Base for a golfing weekend
We used Bens property as a base for a 3 day golfing trip at nearby Conwy. The house is easy to find, well located for a walk into Llandudno and within 10/15 minute drive of Conwy Golf Course.
The house was clean and today and had a good kitchen and showers.
The bedrooms are all well set but worth calling out that 1 of the bunk bed rooms is only suitable for children / teens.

Fabulous stay, lovely house
Great house for a family get together. The kids loved the playroom and was great for them to have there own space. Parking was fairly easy and the location was great. Hosts were great at communicating with us and would definitely recommend staying here to others and hope to return one day. Thank you

Craig-y-Don Llandudno
Our family holiday at Craig-y-Don was among the best. The house was warm & clean with plenty of hot water & good showers although another small bathroom would have been welcome. The location near the beach, co-op, Indian take-away & fish & chip shop in a friendly neighbourhood was ideal. Ben had even arranged wonderful weather. Thank you Ben!

Lovely spacious clean property. Well furnished, roomy, lots of nice little touches - dishwasher tablets, wash up liquid, tea towels. Well equipped kitchen. Good sized bedrooms, large dining table that we could all sit round together. The kids playroom was great, plenty of toys and games, we hardly saw the kids! We were a party of 13 ranging in age from 2 - 60+ celebrating my 60th birthday. Close to town centre/pier/prom, row of shops round the corner with chippy and fast food shops. We all loved it and would definitely recommend it to a family party who wish to spend time together.

Excellent location and stay
We used this lovely house as a base for a sponsored 100 mile walk along the North Wales coast. It comfortably fitted 11 people and three generations. Excellent location, close to local amenities, the promenade and the centre of Llandudno.
The house met all our needs and was very clean. Highly recommended and will hopefully use again.

Family friendly big house in convenient location.
This is a really nice house. Lovely quiet street just a couple of minutes away from the shops at Craig y don and 5 minutes walk to the promenade. The walk along the prom up to the Pier is always pleasant! We found parking in the street close to the property to be easy. Convenient location whilst away from the hustle and bustle of the main centre of Llandudno. Excellent house for a large family or couple of families sharing. Bedrooms have been nicely decorated and bathroom and shower room are great. The kids loved having their own bedrooms and space. Playroom with books, dvd and puppet theatre all went down well with the children! We highly recommend this house for a large family group and hope to stay here again.

Family get together August 2018
Good clean property, nice modern kitchen with everything you needed, large dining table - there were 12 of us and we fitted around it with reasonable ease. Bedrooms were nice and airy, due to the mixture of adults and children we had to use the bedsit downstairs, a bit of a problem with the bedding but that was soon sorted after a short phone call. Found the bins for waste rather confusing at first, but I think we got it right in the end!.
Good location within easy walking distance of the beach and shops. We had 3 cars and parking was no problem at any time.
Good holiday with plenty to see and do. Perhaps we will be back next year.
