There was nothing we didn’t like. One interesting observation was that the window blinds in both the bedrooms and the living area appeared to lift/lower when a neighbour was operating their own blinds and I believe that our blinds were probably doing the same to other neighbouring apartments….. they must all share the same radio frequency

The convenience of the location.
The privacy of an apartment. The employees were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning noisy and the window blinds allow to much street light through the side of the windows.

Everything!!! Lovely n perfect apartment for 4 pax. The living room was spacious but everything well placed. The bathrooms terrific and everything was comfortable. The concierge/reception were always ready to assist. And cars can park in front whenever we need a pick up. Superb!!!

Excellent option for families traveling together.  To be done to apartments are spacious, quite comfortable, and very well decorated.  Everything is brand new the amenities are awesome and the staff is amazingly helpful and kind. Strongly recommend!
Maybe having extra pillows and more blankets, but nothing that harmed the great experience we had

excellent location in the heart of Soho. You are close to everything, but also not in an area that’s too hectic. Bummer that the restaurant downstairs was closed though.
wish the couch was slightly bigger. housekeeping is an additional charge. wish they gave a few more towels. Also little to no flexibility for early arrivals.

A beautifully appointed and spacious apartment in the heart of Soho. The location was superb, close to the Piccadilly tube and a fabulous Whole Foods supermarket. We had a fabulous time and hope to return one day.

For a family, the apartment offered so much space. Good facilities (dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer), lovely lounge. There are 3 bathrooms + 1 study in the 2 bed (larger) apartment, which made things easier as a family. You can add on a cleaning service for an extra fee during the stay. The location was great and you have a couple of coffee shops at the doorstep, so fetching breakfast was easy. The staff was super helpful.
Have no quibbles, the 2 bed apartment was good value for money.

A/C and heater controller difficult to operate.
No kitchen towel. No toilet air freshener.

the cleaning services is too much high and the check in and out policy. they should start offering service with a very reasonable prices.

Especially I am so impressed by the concierge staff.
They are very nice, responsive, helpful and attentive.
