Welcome to this great townhouse with patio and close to the beach in Porto Cristo. It has capacity for 6 guests.
The patio -with its touches of greenery- invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading to the beach and to relax on the exterior sofa at the end of the day. The property is located in the centre of the town and there are neighbours around.
The two-storey townhouse offers comfortable and cosy rooms. The living room is perfect for cooling off with the AC while watching TV and also offers a fireplace. The spacious dining room is ideal for tasting the dishes cooked in the kitchen, which has a gas cooker. In the house you will also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a work area with AC and fireplace that leads to the other 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a single bed (one of them has access to the terrace). On this floor there is a second bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are equipped with a small heater. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.
Porto Cristo is a traditional tourist destination within the island. In it you will find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The large beach of Port de Manacor is characterised by its fine golden sand, its beauty and its wonderful promenade, full of trees. You can also go to the nearest golf course to practice your favourite sport or visit one of the jewels of our island, the Caves of Drach.

Stunning place, incredibly homely. Clearly very well loved. Lemon tree in garden was too nice, less than 5 minutes walk from water. Porto Cristo is gorgeous. If you like deep water solo climbing/cliff jumping, some amazing spots in the vicinity and short drive away.

Pros:
Lovely traditional Spanish town house full of character. Very spacious and well equipped.
Beautiful, sheltered, private Courtyard. A great escape from the midday sun and a perfect place for evening drinks.
The location is brilliant. In a quiet street off the church square just two minutes walk down to the beach and harbour.
The host was charming, very friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Nothing Major but: Mosquitoes in Courtyard from central water drain need clearing and/or treating (it's where they lay their eggs).
We think property only suitable for two couples plus children as fourth bedroom on ground floor has no windows and is slightly damp.

The home and host were lovely. Having never been to Mallorca before, it was a beautiful home to stay in within a seaside town. It comfortably fit 4 friends, who spent part of the trip working from home. The back patio was amazing for dinner. The host was very communicative and was very accommodating despite a late check in due to flight delays. The home has AC but note that it did get very hot to sleep end of August timing. Would recommend this home for your next visit to Mallorca!

Es ist sehr groß und reicht locker für z.B. 2 Familien. Der Sonnenbalkon morgens ist besonders im April sehr schön. Auch der Innenhof ist ein Traum. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (sogar pro Bad ein Fön :-)). Das Haus und die Einrichtung war auch sehr sauber. Die Vermietung/Schlüsselübergabe funktionierten reibungslos und der Vermieter gab uns seine Visitenkarte für Fragen/Probleme, war also jederzeit erreichbar. Im Esszimmer lag eine Mappe mit der genauen Beschreibung der Liegenschaft/Haustechnik. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Wohnhaus in einer gewachsenen Stadt mit einem tollen Innenhof (einschl. Zitronenbaum). Die Lage ist genial, mitten im Ort, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Parkplätze auf der Straße waren jederzeit vorhanden. Alles ist sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Der Strand 5 Minuten, diverse Restaurants und der Supermarkt ebenfalls ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zur Bushaltestelle (z.B. Express-Bus nach Palma) ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir waren komplett ohne Auto unterwegs. Wir werden das Haus gern wieder mieten.

Es hat alles super funktioniert und der Besitzer des Hauses hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch bei Rückfragen war er schnell zu erreichen und konnte uns zuverlässig weiterhelfen. Wir waren 6 Leute und das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz - der Essensbereich und der Innenhof sind besonders schön! Grundsätzlich besitzt das Haus alles was man braucht, auch jegliche Strandutensilien, Bücher und Spiele sind vorhanden. Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Promenade und der Hafen mit vielen Restaurants ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Eine Apotheke ist direkt um die Ecke und auch der Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist nicht super modern eingerichtet wie es den Bildern auch zu entnehmen ist. Solltet ihr aber eine typisch mallorquinische Unterkunft in mitten der schönen Hafenstadt Porto Cristo suchen - seid ihr hier genau richtig.
