Super clean and a wonderful location

Good parking, pool and hot tub.

Room was not as expected as full bay view was blocked by the architecture of hotel.

Every room has a beautiful view of the bay.

They only clean the room once during my 5 day stay.

It’s clean and good view of the bay. It’s close to the fishing dock, the angler restaurant, the inlet where we ride our bikes to… it’s in a back neighborhood where traffic is low, nice for walking and riding bicycles.

Only two elevators, this was what in the end frustrated us the most and we decided we probably won’t stay again… long lobby lines waiting for the elevator. A seemingly popular bar on the eighth floor which brings lots of people not staying here to add to the elevator line. No complimentary coffee in the morning, had to go to the downstairs bar to order a coffee. Not really anywhere close by either as far as convenience store. The pool is set in a area that sits in the shade a good amount of the day.

I hate no dividers for the balcony, who wants the neighbor hearing your convo. Also no blender at the bar for piña coladas.

The weather, it rained for most of my stay so I didn't get a chance to go outside and walk around like I wanted to. But I still enjoyed my balcony and taking in the view from there!!

The insulation between rooms is thin. We could here the neighbors tv pretty clearly though the wall.

I like the bed and view of the bay. I liked the friendly staff. I liked the pool area. I liked the location. I liked the outside seating area towards the bay.

I disliked the shared parking lot and elevator with the Spain wine bar customers. I disliked that the balcony light couldn't be turned off and the limited privacy on the balcony. I disliked that the lobby bar area wasn't opened on the weekdays and that there were no signs to let hotel customers know the lobby bar's operational hours.

we had extremely noisy neighbors. The last night we had to call security because I felt someone was going to get physically assaulted.

The room was clean, the bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, and the fitness center was really nice.

The coffee that was in the room was horrible. There should be a complimentary coffee station downstairs where people can get can also get hot tea or hot chocolate.

We loved everything about this place the staff the pools the room gorgeous

The breakfast was good but very pricey, so I see why the restaurant was empty. The service was very good.

My family contacted covid while staying at the hotel. Requested a refund for the remaining days and didn't receive an answer.

Breakfast was too expensive. My bacon was crunched up and put in a bowl. Did not appreciate the breakfast.

Location was great

Lack of housekeeping and room thermostat set to 70 degrees was very inconvenient.

The rooms were spacious and clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the bed facing the window with the view.

Replace the toilets with with higher model. Also the toilet seats could be upgrade to the non slam version.
