Excepcional la atención de la recepción, calidad precio de las habitaciones, y la buena comunicación con lineas de bus en la misma calle, y el metro a unos minutos. Nosotros viajamos en familia y movernos a Londres nos resultó super cómodo y fácil con las lineas de bus. El bus se puede pagar directamente con tarjeta y los niños no pagan.

Que los lugares que visitamos estaban relativamente cerca del Apart Hotel.

The room had everything you would need in it for self catering and more, and all the facilities worked fine (heating, shower, cooking appliances). I was staying in the basement room, so even though there was no view it was not needed, the room was light and still homely. My main great takeaway is the staff at this establishment! They were outstanding, the man who greeted me was very polite and gave me my room key and took me down to show the room to me himself, telling me if I needed anything else just ask. Then the man during checkout was amazing, since I had attended a concert one of the things that I ended up getting from it is a life size Tom Jones cardboard cut out (this sounds so odd without context LOL) but since it was signed by the lead singer of GloryHammer I was taking it home. This man helped me wrap him up in bags and tape him together, even creating a handle for me to carry him home! He was very kind as well. Another thing was the price of this hotel for staying in Camden was good. The location is nice too, is a 15-20 minute walk to 02 Forum Kentish Town, and about a 5 min walk away from shops, grocery stores and cafe's/ resturants / takout. All and all would recommend with someone or as a solo traveler!

The only thing I would say is that it is a little scruffy, but clearly it's just wear and tear from years of use, you know your odd scrapes here and there and the blanket looked like it had seen better days. The fridge did have some sort of residue in. The shower did loose hot water after quite a while, but as a female I was in there for quite a long time haha, and the next time I had a shower it was very hot again. The only other thing would be if milk was provided in the tea / coffee area as I couldn't have a cup of tea since there was no milk sashes.

Δίπλα η στάση λεωφορείων. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό μας δώσανε ότι ζητήσαμε. Η θέρμανση ήταν πάντα ανοικτή σε σημείο που κυκλοφορούσαμε σχεδόν γυμνοί στο δωμάτιο. Επίσης είχε πάντα ζεστό νερό. Η τιμή πολύ καλή και χαμηλή για τα δεδομένα του Λονδίνου.

Μόνο το μπάνιο ήταν το μειονέκτημα,το οποίο ήταν πολύ μικρό και στενό.

Que la habitación olía muchísimo a pescado cuando llegamos y nunca desapareció el olor, el recepcionista nos proporcionó eliminador de aromas, pero no funcionó.

Персоналът беше много учтив и ни съдейства с всичко, от което имахме нужда. Местоположението е добро, наблизо имаше метростанция и автобусни спирки.

Беше малко шумно, стаята ни беше откъм улицата.

Very helpful staff, good location, quiet room even though the building close to the main road, the room was spacious and had a good selection of facilities such as a cooker, washing machine and fridge etc.

The sofa bed was a little hard, the bed could of benefited from being bigger, the shower head was grimy, but overall no major complaints

Super miły personel, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, wygodne łóżko. Całkiem dobry dojazd do centrum i atrakcji. Ciekawa okolica, fajne knajpki i sporo sklepów.

Las instalaciones estaban súper bien, tiene su propia cocina y nos tocó una habitación con su propia terraza. El personal es de lo más amable!! El señor que nos recibió en la recepción y las chicas de la limpieza son súper dulces y serviciales. Es fácil moverse, hay una parada de camión cerca y el metro queda a unos 15 minutos caminando. Camden Town igual queda bastante cerca y caminar de ahí al centro es bastante fácil.

I liked that the hotel gave us the requested extra duvet.

I did not like that reception was not able to see both names on the booking despite me asking first and then amending it. I slso did not like that less than 6 hours after I booked the accommodation, the price dropped by £40-£50 for the entire stay. We were not upgraded or even refunded that amount as the booking was non refundable....

Excellent location (near both Picadilly and Northern tube lines) with manned reception. Bed was very comfortable and room had a compact kitchen, good shower, and sofa set up. Staff kindly waived deposit since we only stayed one night!

It was cozy and big apartment with kitchen.

It was 10-15 min from tube and you can hear every guest that have room near or above your room.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The kettle is dirty and gross. It’s impossible to use it to boil drinking water.

L'hôtel est propre et moderne, le personnel serviable et souriant, un bus nous dépose à 2 pas de l'hotel depuis la gare King Cross et la ligne de metro Piccadilly est à 10min à pied. La chambre était confortable est disposait tout l'équipement nécessaire

Le siphon de l'évier de la salle de bain coulait parfois

The location isn’t great but it’s only 8 mins walk to the nearest tube and bars/restaurants.

The staff was amazing and the apartment has everything you would need for a short staycation.

The washing machine was making a lot of noise. Also, having a dishwasher would have been great.
