This place has nice rooms and a very good pool. Relative to the camps, it's a nice facility for families. Mahmoud was a great host.
The main problem with this place is that it's located in a strip of the beach that is not great. You have to go somewhere else each day.

They really upped themselves when they organized me a birthday celebration.
Only problem is that there is no private beach on this property and it’s next to a main road that can a little loud at times.

So much potential to this paradise… unfortunately maintenance is not their strong suit.
If you do decide to go there.. don’t even try to take the regular rooms, it’s really bad.. the apartments on the other hand are nice! We booked for the rooms at first.. very far from everything..not clean, not pleasant.. and upgraded to the apartments where it was better and close to everything.
They don’t provide enough towels nor bathroom floor towels but you can ask and they will do their best to rigide what you want.
Bathroom door get stuck and you find yourself stuck inside. Furnitures a bit broken, rust in the kitchen and shower.
The view is really really amazing, the pool is clean, but they really need to clean up, paint, fix the furnitures and upgrade the place because it has the possibility of becoming amazing.

The location was great for snorkeling with reach reaf but the beach was full of stone no facilities for entry into the sea as it is national park
The place is more than simple I stayed with my family for a high price in Dahab
I expected service as any decent hotel
Firstly : there was no key or lock for the apartment door for the apartment so litrely anybody could enter at any time.
There was no lock for the bathroom door also
The housekeeping won't come until you asked for them
Once I asked for clean towels they answered not avaliable now so we used unclean towels for days
The TV has no remote control neither satellite connection we asked to fix this the answer was they can't do that 😂

The blue hole is a mast. Very nice stuff. Perfect service . Beautifully desined. The apartment was large and comfortable. The pool is clean and hospitable . Nice attractions in the area -Thank you guys, we had a wonderful week

The "Deluxe" wasn't Deluxe at all. The lock on the door didn't work. there were no facilities from the description list on booking such as kettle, WiFi etc. The staff react unfriendly to the claims and doesn't try to help. However the prise is high, I paid 37 USD per night for this "deluxe". The worst room for this price in my experience...

it’s an amazing chilling place you can see the natural beauty everywhere and it gives you an awesome relaxation vibe diffidently will visit Canyon again
Not taking care of the beach that’s the only one thing is missing here It would have been so nice If I could find at least one normal comfortable seat on the beach to enjoy the marvelous view instead I just enjoyed it from my door cause most of the chairs was broken and so old it was really disappointing.☹️

Excellent location and facilities. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Great service too. Very spacious and clean apartments.
There is no AC in the living room. The one and only AC is in the bedroom. Very hot summer this year, so I spent all my time at home in the bedroom.

The location and the view along with the pool.
Dealing with the owner thru WhatsApp. The manager on site did the best he could but everything went thru the owner. We handled issues and resolved problems but there was always this level of professionalism in the hospitality that was lacking. The food was not very good either.

The location is ok if you have a car , but still so far from city center .
When i booked online via booking website i was promised a sea view room and yet it was a room at the very end of the resort. It was a long walk to see the pool or the sea.
Breakfast is ok (not the best) however every day it was missing an item.
Room is full of mosquitos you need any mosquitos spray.
