Extremely noisy i couldn't sleep properly my 2 nights there. It is located in a street where in the night is full of mini van.
horrible towels, they don't have a proper parking, I couldn't recommend this place at all.

Price was cheap
This is a 2 star hotel and the price was quite cheap so I can’t complain about it . You get what you pay. However , when choosing a hotel close to Nairobi city centre , I selected this one because it says it has a gym , it has even some pictures on its page. When I got there I was informed the gym was closed and I had to pay to use a gym in another hotel. If there isn’t a gym , that is totally fine , but just remove this information and the pictures from you page. I was only staying for one night and wanted a place where I could work out. If I knew there was no gym in this place , I would have chosen a more comfortable place in a less dodge area.
Also , the name Sheratton is misleading as it might give people the impression it has any association with the big chain of hotels Sheraton which is not the case.

it was clean and the team was very nice and friendly
thy gym was closed, the streets were to loud at day as well as night, it was never silent. The breakfast was poor, two toast with eggs and a smoothie, but it was okay.

It was a clean room, the staff was really nice and you are in the city center so close to almost everything. It is easy to find nice restaurants. It is enough to stay few days as the room is still big and comfortable.
The place is noisy, neighborhood really active, a lot of people and public transports.
The bathroom is functional but was not really modern.
The windows are really thin.
