We loved this place. The view was fantastic. Plenty of room for our party to spread out and not be on top of each other. The espresso machine was such a fun bonus. I had never used one before, but quickly learned on YouTube and spent the week making lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas for everyone. Loved this place!

The place was very spacious with plenty of room and bathrooms. The theater room was a big plus. They also were very accommodating with a later check out. I'll definitely rent Aquarius Penthouse#3 again.

This condo is one we have stayed in for the past three years this year we were surprised with a total makeover The changes were awesome. The view alone is worth it. I would recommend a binder or explainer for the new stove set up along with the internet as there was connectivity issues overall a great price for a beautiful property

We were very pleased with Aquarius three. We loved all the modern new appliances, but we had trouble getting the stove and dishwasher to work. We wished there had been instructions left. We finally got the dishwasher working, but never the stove top. We also had wished there were places to hang some clothes just a bar would have been nice. We had a great time. The place was very clean. We would use it any time again

Beautiful! Amazing views. The only drawback was there are no closets in the bedrooms. Still absolutely breath taking!

I had the most amazing time during my stay at the Penthouse near the beach! The breathtaking ocean views combined with the luxurious and comfortable accommodations made for an unforgettable experience. The spacious layout of the penthouse provided a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.

Overall we we enjoyed the roominess and how clean the apartment was. However, 1. Key code did not work on arrival. Had to wait in hot conditions for key code to be changed. 2. Master BR was locked. Took over an hour to have it unlocked which further delayed planned activities. 3. Beach access is not conducive for handicap or elderly even with beach handicap wheelchair provided by the SPI fire department. 4.New tile floors are very slippery and hard to walk on. 5.BR ceiling fan remotes are not connected correctly. One remote effects the adjoining BRs. 6. Bathrooms do not have place to hold towels 7. 4:00 PM check in time is not conducive to planning other activities for date of arrival and entry delays totally destroyed planned activities for that day. 8. We were permitted later check out time when we asked. 9. Building staff was very friendly and as helpful as they could be.

This place is all about the view and space. Great space and the views is incredible.

The location and view are excellent! Updated bathrooms are VERY NICE! Easy in/easy out. On the beach in less than a minute. LOTS of space. Some nice accessories to take to the beach (cart, chairs, toys, etc.) that weren't in the listing, so that was a nice surprise. If they were to add a new coat of paint and a few extras (salt, pepper, etc. for those who want to cook a little--though there were plenty of utensils, pots/pan, etc., to cook with; a few waters in the fridge), this would be an easy 5-star place. Those are lesser things though; overall this is a wonderful and if we are back in the area we'd gladly stay there again. :)

Obviously this rental needs some updates. However, we are Midwesterner's who appreciate it for the location, on premise staff, space and view. The only thing that would be truly appreciated is a different dryer. I have voiced concern over this for the last three years. It smells super hot when it runs and leaves black marks all over the clothes. My family takes their clean, wet clothes down to the coin machines at the Aquarius for drying every year. The staff at the rental location is very helpful and accommodating. We are signed up again for next year and can't wait to be back on your beautiful island.

Not top of the line penthouse; condition of furnishings, cabinets & decor good for the price to rent. So great value, but if you expect a 5 star penthouse, this isn't it.

The living room is extremely spacious that allows for Kids and grownups to be in the leaving room having their own conversations. The views out of the balcony are outstanding great, able to see both the life on the island as well as the beach. Having 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms gives additional value-added when it comes to privacy specialty is more than 1 family is using the condo. Very enjoyable.

If you are looking for a gorgeous view of beachfront and bay then you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for space enough to spread out and relax then this might be for you as there is plenty of room But if you are picky about clean and updated places than I would take a closer look. The bathrooms are in serious need of updating They are in need of repairs and there are serious TLC needed. The price is good so I would definitely look but just be aware.

This condo could be wonderful, but owners won't take care of it. Wonderful views of the gulf, great location, large kitchen, dinning area and living space.......but.....the master bedroom and bedroom with 2 double beds do NOT have any windows, which is a fire hazard. There are no outlets in 2 of the bathrooms, nor in the living area........so no reading lamps. You can hear the elevator all day/night long. Would not return unless owners put some money into it.

The location and size of the condo was wonderful for our group of 8, but the condo itself is in dire need of some attention! The ceiling tiles are in horrible condition, in fact a couple leave gaping holes in the ceiling. There is a small tv in a one of the bedrooms but no outlet to plug it in!! Nice balconies overlooking the pool and ocean but no furniture (chairs/tables) to sit out and enjoy the views. So many cosmetic issues, such as uncovered electrical outlets, missing light canisters, peeling wallpaper, etc). This place could be so much nicer if just given a bit of TLC!!!

This is my fault I chose such a large place. We love 5th floor but not available. One suggestion is take out that huge rug in living room. It's filthy and I think that's why the unit smells so musty. I would invest in new towels and bath rug. The view is wonderful but I would also take tacky things off wall that date the place. Nice kitchen

The condo was huge and had an excellent living and kitchen area and the views both beach and bay spectacular. We saw the pics and there are some things that probably need to be updated and some bedding and mattresses that could be nicer but we knew that with all the pictures on the website. All the bedrooms are nice size and of course you have your own bathroom. With the nice view in the living and kitchen what I did not notice was there are no curtains so you deal with a little sun in the AM and PM but most of the time it was nice when the sun was high. The people at the facility are very accommodating and the facility, pool and landscaping very nice and clean. I would go back for sure!

First of all, let me start by saying the space was very large and accommodating for 10+ people. The view from the living room was almost panoramic seeing both the bay and the oceanside. The air conditioned worked well and kept all the rooms nice and cool. We did have a few complaints however. There was a very strong sewage smell coming from the drain in the laundry room, one of the bathtubs must've been clogged as water would collect rather than drain and the dryer tore up a few of our clothes. The sewage smell and the clogged drain were quickly rectified by maintenance though. There was a mix-up initially at check-in as we received the wrong keys as well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the property and would most likely stay there again so long as we didn't encounter similar issues again.

Beautiful condo with plenty of space, great amenities and super close to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

The management team was very nice and helpful. This condo is beautifully located and has amazing views and is spacious. Other than that it needs some serious love. It is functional but just barely. The laundry room stinks like raw sewage. Water pressure in every bathroom is super low and the tub faucet doesn't even work. The WIFI does not work for laptops, gaming consoles or even kindles, only for phones. The ceiling tiles are all broken and especially near the kitchen sink - you can see clear through to the roof. The towels are thin and sparse as well. There are no chairs for the balconies either. This place has not been updated since the 70s and is in terrible shape. The furniture and bedding is worn, heck the whole place is worn. There is NO possible way it could be described as luxurious.

I could write a doctoral thesis for a review of this property but I will try to keep it short. My rating for above average is for the fabulous time myself and my family had on spring break. The condo location is excellent, the views are perfect. Sun rises from one side and sunsets from the other were amazing. 10th floor is nice, there is no one above you. Great pool, hot tub, private entrance to the beach is very nice. Centrally located with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We rented a golf cart for a few days and that was great to get around in. Management of the property is EXCELLENT. The staff there went above and beyond with any minor request that we had. AC wasn't working in the master bedroom when we arrived, it was fixed within hours. You are paying for the location, size of the condo, and the views. That said.... I would be doing a disservice to future renters if I didn't mention the condition of the property. I have to list that as poor. The word luxury truly needs to be removed from this listing until the property owner does some updating / repair work. The ceiling is shot, every door jam is damaged, the tile floor is damaged, some TVs are not hooked up to anything, etc. Just know what you are getting into before you get there. The property is clean and perfectly usable, just horribly outdated and in need of repair. The condo has a great layout, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms with a great open area for kitchen, dining, and living. I would not hesitate to stay there again once the property is properly updated.

We were very disappointed with this unit. The location and views were great, but other than that, it appeared to be a unit for Spring Breakers who don’t care about anything but a bed to sleep in. We found numerous unsafe maintenance issues when we arrived including a rigged electrical power cord, a wall socket with no cover and a shower that didn’t work. The only GFI outlet is in one of the five bathrooms..not even one in the kitchen. The furnishings are very old and shabby with flat cushions and only one TV that had been updated. The walls, ceiling and wall moldings appeared to be original to the unit and had many holes and were dirty. Bathroom cabinets and doors had holes and rotted boards. The pool was supposed to be heated but was cold, and there were only six lounge chairs for the whole building. Overall, the unit showed a complete lack of attention and is certainly not a luxury property.

The views are amazing. The kitchen and livingroom is well stocked. Nice having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. We had an issue with one of the showers not working but we had several other showers to use so it was not a big deal. There are a lot of TVs to use which was nice when you have kids wanting to watch their own shows. The one is the master we couldn't use - it may just not have been hooked up to internet -but all the others worked and were great. I would add on your list to bring VHS/DVDs since you have players there at the house but no videos. Pool at the complex was great. Warm and a nice size and the complex has a workout room and a nice BBQ área too with beach toys available. Great value and views!
