- عدم وجود موظفين عند تسجيل الدخول للمساعدة في اخذ الحقائب وايضا عند تسجيل الخروج طلبنا ارسال موظفين لمساعدتنا في حمل الحقائب وافادوا انه لا يمكن - عدم وجود مناديل او سلة مهملات في الغرفة - مناديل - وجدنا صرصار صغير في الغرفة جهة الثلاجة

1.位置不錯 過個馬路就是大世界 便利商店 餐廳 藥局 各種都有 看每日水舞也是時間到再走去就好 不用在那邊乾等 2.游泳池蠻美的 也有免費毛巾 跟各式泳圈可以選 雖然我沒去體驗 3.免費接駁車 半小時一班 不過如果想省時間還是搭grab就好 因為接駁車會停很多站 去動物園及遊樂園至少都要多花30分鐘 4.兒童遊戲室的阿姨很親切 有一直注意每個小朋友及要進來的人的狀況 5.餐廳菜色就普通 頂多吃2-3天

1.房間蠻多頭髮 地板沒有到非常乾淨 清潔明顯沒有很確實 2.員工看到顧客可能可以在親切一點 有些員工感覺好像漠不關心 但還是有樂於助人的員工 3.吹風機要一直按著對女生來說很不方便 吹頭髮吹到手很痛

The transportation was efficient.

A bit remote from all the action. The buffet is so crowded that it is hard to get food from 8-9 AM.

Location: very good, close to most things, good area to stay when you have young kids. Breakfasts: Super! different cuisine offered to suit different taste. Customer Service: all staff are very friendly, polite, always ready to assist. The reward system was very good; it covered transport cost to our Safari, Vinwonderland (?) trips and 2/3 of our lunch :). I accidentally left my purse on a tuk tuk one day, and gratefully reunited with it- with everything intact- because of the quick & honest action of the staff involved. Many many thanks. No doubt, I absolutely will be back.

I didn't like how you have to pay for pool floatys and the pool shuts at 7pm.

the house keeping didn’t supply the cotton every day . the breakfast wasn’t various to choosing.
