Falta de simpatia dos funcionários. Chegamos no exato momento que fechou o restaurante, estávamos com uma criança de 3 anos e pedimos se seria possível fazer algo só pra criança. Eles se recusaram, disseram para pedirmos comida no Uber Eats. Detalhe, era domingo à noite, tudo fechado.

Our room was clean and tidy and had nice views. We got a good night's sleep. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The bread options were very limited, I was looking for wholemeal bread, I found what looked like a brown bread that I had for toast but it tasted very sweet with my scrambled eggs! After I had some fruit and yoghurt and found the strawberries were frozen. At dinner we asked for Fanta Lemon which the restaurant didn't have so the waiter told us to leave the restaurant, go to the onside shop and buy them from there and bring them back. We instead chose another drink but feel if the Fanta lemon is in the shop surely the restaurant could have sorted the logistics rather than making the customer do it all. Not what I would expect from a Hilton. Also at dinner the same waiter asked if we'd like a dessert we said yes please, he then waited for our order when he hadn't given us the dessert menu.

It was lovely and clean and very inviting.

The bed we were on was absolutely atrocious. You couldn’t move a single muscle without the bed making a horrible creaking sound. Wife didn’t sleep a wink as she was worried people would think the noise the bed made was people having sex all night!

The parking is a nightmare and the car park you are expected park in is in the middle of the ‘hood’ would NEVER park a expensive car here unless you want the local addicts peepin your car window AVOID. Had to line up at the reception for like 20 minutes felt like I was at the job centre.

There is a carpark beside the hotel but you can't use it. Unfortunately there is a carpark, not connected to the hotel, on the other side of a dual carriageway.In addition, you have to pay for this. The hotel has negotiated a small discount for clients. The directions from the hotel reception desk were less than helpful.

My room wasn’t as clean as it normally is. The air con in all the rooms does not go below 19, making the room really hot and musty i cough all night.

Good selection of food at Breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good for walking into the centre of Hanley. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The car park could be more secure, not that I had any issues. Not sure why you can't park at the rear of the hotel in what looks like the hotel car park. The tiling in the bathroom / wet room that I stayed in (Room 408) meant that the water did not drain properly and the toilet was then left on a small dry "island". I built a towel dam the following morning to avoid a repeat.

Didn't like that the fact you have to pay for parking Nightmare to find the place when U don't live in stoke I was put in a room on the 6th floor I have fears of lifts so I walked up and down the stairs Staff didn't ask me regarding needs

Very clean, modern, comfy bed, nice space, central to Stoke and surrounding area, near to station. Break fast was good. Gym was nice and clean

The shower in our room flooded the room and there was nothing use to push the water down the plug hole. So the water stayed in the area near the toilet we were in room 408. Items to buy in reception were expensive .

great location ate brunch out, had i been travelling alone for work I would have enjoyed the facilities more and appreciated the relaxing ambience of the lobby/coffee area.

The building itself was beautiful, really lovely rooms and the food was nice!

Other guests were very noisy for a prolonged period of time however this isn’t the staffs fault, the main issue we had was the lack of parking. Parking was £9 across the road which we thought was quite poor value.

Absolutely perfect hotel and room - it is a new hotel and all of the decor, features and amenities are what you would hope to find in a new hotel. Fantastic location for the city centre and absolutely nothing to fault! I would 100% choose to stay here again.

Was double charged at checkout but Katy was able to sort everything out a few days later. There was a broken lamp in room as well, which was reported to reception.

Pretty much everything in absolute agony with my back due to the bed was advised incorrect information by the hotel in regards to parking and trying to get it resolved is impossible my mental health has gone really bad
