Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (luge, snowboard et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances non-fumeurs a décidément tout pour vous plaire. Sautez dans votre voiture et parcourez le trajet de 5 minutes jusqu'à Flagstaff Extreme ou de 5 minutes jusqu'à Heritage Square (et quand vous n'êtes pas sur les routes, profitez du parking couvert mis à disposition par l'hébergement).
À votre arrivée dans cette location avec 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain, vous trouverez également un salon, un barbecue, une cheminée et la climatisation. Wi-Fi gratuit, télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite, jeux vidéo : vous ne manquerez de rien pour vous divertir lors de votre séjour. Our stay was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were greeted with closed window shades and some closed bedroom doors, which set an unwelcoming tone. The carpets and rugs were so stained and felt dirty. Carpet tack strips were exposed in some areas, leading to someone in our party cutting themselves on a tack while walking up the stairs. The bunk room main light didn’t work and some of the kitchen lights didn’t work which was frustrating and made it very dark in those areas. Upon arrival we were also greeted with a horrible smell throughout the house that was nauseating. We opened every window and left the house right after our arrival to try to air out the smell. Other issues included discovering urine stains on the hall bath shower curtain, finding garbage under beds, finding a used vape, and finding dirty clothes in a bathroom drawer-making the place feel gross and making you wonder if it was even cleaned before our arrival. We basically used the place to sleep and didn’t want to spend any extra time there. Overall the rental was a major letdown.

This was a great property. They had all the amenities we needed and more. We flew in fit Phoenix. There were 4 bedrooms. There was one bedroom on the first level so you could have your privacy. There was even a grill in the garage that you could use if needed. It was a central location so every day we could go out to different sights and then come back and relax for the evening. I would highly recommend this townhouse.

We enjoyed staying at this property! We have stayed at VRBO properties for most of our vacations because of the need for a kitchen. Three members of our family have food allergies which means we need to prepare most of our food. This property was well stocked in the kitchen and overall had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, the refrigerator (though relatively new) broke down when we were there. Kate went above and beyond in communicating with us, addressing the issue, getting the refrigerator fixed, and even purchasing a mini-fridge to help out until our refrigerator was fixed. She also offered to pay for the food we lost. I was very impressed with Kate as a host. We were blessed to have had such a responsive host and a wonderful property to stay at during our time in Arizona.

This was an excellent place to gather our family for graduation weekend. Exceptionally clean and roomy. Quiet area with easy access to campus and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The communication with Kate was perfect always even though we never needed anything she was always attentive to any request. The house was clean and perfect for us. Location was great.

My family and I loved our stay and have added it to our family memories. Just a few items to mention; spiderwebs in shower windows and linens not very clean. Other than that, was a nice space for a holiday trip!

This property is extremely clean, they provide all the little things that make your stay comfortable. Location is ideal if you have a student at NAU. We will definitely book again.

We enjoyed the place, the property manager was very helpful and very friendly, the place has everything you need, the only thing I don't like is the garage is small and we struggled to accommodate the two cars we had, the stairs are a little long and without breaks, but in general it is a good place to arrive, we leave it as clean as possible even and when cleaning is paid for, the place invites you to leave it as you saw it when you arrived.

We had a great time in the flagstaff area and this house was a perfect home base. We come to Flaggstaff often and this house has a Great set-up. Kitchenware was great, plenty of towels. Attention to Detail
Had a lovely stay! The home is centrally located to lots of great areas with hiking and nature trails nearby, and grocery and convenience stores too. The home is new clean and has lots of attention to detail in decor and amenities provided.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo. 5 minute drive to downtown and some trails. Sedona about an hour away, Grand Canyon was 1 1/2 hours. Garage parking was nice to have. It is three levels, but that was expected from the information provided so no problem. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place in a Great town, lots to do
Great beds, mattresses very comfortable. Big kitchen that was well stocked. Easy location to find. It is on a busy road so if road noise bothers you it could be a consideration.

Amazing Flagstaff Getaway
The house was immaculate and had all of the necessities to cook, clean and do laundry for the duration of our stay. The rooms were beautiful and stocked with extra linens and toiletries. This property really had great attention to detail and made our stay wonderful with tons of family board games and snacks upon arrival. The living area had a great setup and large dining table for everyone to gather around. The parking at the complex was a little hard to find, but the 2 car garage was spacious and had room for all the snow gear and a large truck.

Mother/ Daughter Trip
This property was Amazing! Pictures do not do it justice, with past experiences of pictures making properties look bigger then they are this was the opposite. It was spacious, roomy and more then comfortable. We had 5 Adults and 5 Teenage girls, fully stocked with everything you could need! Washer and Dryer was a plus for after a day on the slopes and although their were plenty of towels to go around it was nice to freshen them up. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook a big meal and enough seating for us all to sit down together. Beds were all very comfortable, key pad made it easy to enter the house, 2 car garage was great to have. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again if we have the chance. Very, Very Pleased.
