The bedding was clean, and having 3 double beds was a plus.

Firstly, area isn’t the nicest. We didn’t realize the house was basically empty student digs, so the standard was pretty poor. The images on booking.com are well staged, but on arrival everything is pretty tired. Living room furniture is a bit grubby, as is the bathroom, which needs a complete overhaul. Mould was found on bowls in the cupboard, glasses needed to be washed before use and the fridge smelled very unpleasant. The window in the downstairs bedroom didn’t lock, leaving us (all females) feel quite unsafe. We were really disappointed, and did consider trying to book into a hotel instead, but as we were at an event at the school at the end of the road, we made do.

The house was not too clean. You had to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom.

NO FANS are provided, heatwave during the two days and we have to book IBIS Hotel instead of staying @ the unit.

Conveniently located near Coventry University. Spacious and neatly areanged rooms.

The cushions on the wooden chair and the sofa cover appears to be a bit old. No other flaws noted.
