The apartment is trendy and clean. It has a modern and simple look that makes you feel relaxed and at ease.
There’s no water and electricity at this place. If you need to use a shower or electricity you will find yourself in a problem.

Location quiet and secure. Wifi access
There was cockroach activity in the unit. Inside microwave and in bedrooms and bathrooms. The carpet in lounge was dirty and had holes in it. The sliding door had no key, asked for the key which couldn't be found. Had to sleep with sliding door unlocked. Unit had no iron but an ironing board. The sponge in kitchen was so worn out and dirty, no kitchen towels. There was no braai facility on the patio.

Presence of tiny cockroaches, No Aircons, missing kitchen utensils, steel beds, missing hangers in the closets, couches with dirty marks that i had to ask the cleaner to deep clean upon check-out

linen left in the laundry machine it seemed like it has been there for ages and had mould. Also i booked a ground floor unit prior and i was assured that i will get it only to get there and be given locks to the 2nd floor, second day they had to move us down it was a total mess, we even ran out of water for a day no one bothered communicating we had to buy water😂😬😬😬

Noticed a cockroach on the braai facility and asked for 2 separate beds instead one queen sized bed on my booking but when I arrived the housekeeper was not informed that this was requested hence they could not accommodate the request

It’s spacious. There are enough mirrors both rooms and the long mirror, that’s just a NEED. I liked that it’s spacious.

The apartments were reasonably priced and generally met expectations for what we needed . The housekeeping staff was the friendliest and on the second day the apartments were cleaner than on the night we arrived . The check in process is quite simple and flexibility to check in late after a long travel was appreciated .
The checkin staff in room 50 must be more pleasant and welcoming . He was not rude but he did not meet bare minimum standards of welcome and explaining a few things about the apartment e.g . load shedding times etc . Being on the 3rd floor without an elevator and travelling with senior citizens and lots of luggage was not convenient. Not having porter service or luggage assistance did not help . We expected 3 similar apartments but got two similar and one which was smaller with less amenities. The apartments need fumigating especially to get rid of the tiny cockroaches in the kitchens and bathrooms. One apartment bedroom light was flickering, checking this before customers arrive is pertinent. Another apartment had a gaping hole in the celling. Also its important to notify guests that there is no back up plan for load shedding and that while it will be hot in the apartment , guests are not allowed in the balcony . The security personnel got irked by this and their disposition matched this .

The gate guard was extremely helpful. Check in can be improved with a welcome brochure. I had to go back upstairs to ask about wifi password and check out. Had no way of getting hold of the front desk.
There were serious issues with cleanliness. There were a lot of stains on the sofa, chair, kitchen chairs, bed linen, pillows and soap holders, bin lid etc. These all can be addressed with closer attention to cleaning details.

Entrance into the place was confusing. There was no Aircondition and complementary bottled water. Also no iron provided. The Wi-Fi password was not available, we had to go to the security gate to ask for assistance. A welcome note would be ideal with all relevant information.

The apartment was very comfortable and cozy. The property is also very quiet and very close to the highway and Sandton. The staff was helpful nd friendly at all times.
I stayed in unit 33 - The shower pressure is low and the hot water does run out quickly and takes a while to heat up. I'd also prefer it if the rooms had air-conditioning or climate control. Other than that, the unit was definitely comfortable and value for money.
