Beautiful property.

On arrival they said they do not work with bookings .com anymore. ??? but i had all confirmatioms .. missiom to eventually get our units keys. TV was not working they did not give us wifi code Reception did not answer their phone for over 30 mim and when I walked over the lady was sitting behind the desk an just ignoring the call.. Lovely property but poor service

The TV didn’t work. It took us 3 returns at security to get the right apartment. The security gave us keys to another apartment that was already in use and we walked into the apartment thinking it was empty.

The venue is clean, peaceful and quiet. The food nice

The restaurant is extremely slow with service. There was no assistance after hours. The staff didn’t know how to resolve queries. No one explained the check in process and the water was Cold. How do you determine who gets to check in early and who doesn’t as I was told I need to be out for the next guest who is here but I was not allowed early check in.
