L’appartamento aveva tutto per un soggiorno di una settimana e oltre, lavatrice, forno a mic, macchina del caffè, stendino, La posizione è strategica per raggiungere tutti i punti d’attrazione di Lanzarote. Il patio davanti l’appartamento è fantastico per i momenti di relax. La struttura ha quelle piccole attenzioni che fa trovare al tuo arrivo che fanno la differenza.

Alcuni piccoli oggetti subiscono l’usura del tempo e andrebbero sostituiti.

Quite a nice location. Staff were alert when we had a faulty kettle.

Apartment was a bit tired and definitely needs a makeover.

Apartment good size, clean, bed comfortable. Good oven and microwave, iron provided. Kettle didn't work and was not replaced during our stay, no problem really , boiled water in a pan for a drink. Nice touches, 2 bottles of beer, water and biscuits provided on arrival, also 2 pods of washing detergent for washing machine and shower gel and hand wash provided. Needs black out curtains in bedroom because street light goes on/off all night. Needs new bed linen, we asked for a couple of blankets because nights chilly, these were brought immediately. Proper hairdryer provided. We were there 11 nights, bed linen and towels not changed, I asked should we wash them ourselves in washer, we were told not to bother as clean ones would be brought for us , they weren't. Would I stay there again? Yes I think so at the right price, it's 3 star at a 3 star price. There is no pool but a good sized terrace and lovely neighbours upstairs. All in all OK for us.

Very good location 5 minutes walk to fabulous beach and the main strip English TV channels for evenings in. Outside space to enjoy the sunshine is generous in size. Our host kindly provided sun loungers. Small oven useful for Meals. Apartment was spacious for a 1 bedroom. Useful to have a washing machine. This is a city apartment in a residential area so ideal for proximity to everything. Spar and Lidl close by for essentials.

Nothing bad about apartments could.have been quieter upstairs but not my apartments fault. Eva a wonderful host got everything I requested

It is situated in the area we like, midway between old and new towns and near to restaurants and bars. it is spacious and clean and has a good sized terrace. we asked if there was sun loungers before we booked the property and Eva replied saying she could arrange that and true to her word two very comfortable sun lounging chairs were provided. it has the advantage of a washing machine which was great as we were staying 3 weeks. Dolce Gusto coffee machine was an added bonus. All appliances in great order. We have been coming to Lanzarote for many years and always had a safe, this time there was none, I contacted Eva and within the hour she had her technician arrive and fit a safe, service from Eva and Juan is second to none. in the advert it mentions Netflix and Prime, we stupidly thought they would be in English, I contacted Eva to ask how we got it to English, it wasn’t in English but they had their Technology guy Tito have a look, within 2 days a router was fitted and we had British TV. Loved it and we are already booked again.
