Clean, near town, comfy,spacious

arrived late and was accommodated.

Cigaret smoke smell was so bad in the apartment, I got an asthma attack at night. Whole place smells like cigarettes - not suitable for stay with children at all. We also found a cockroach running over the counter. A huge confusion on arrival: first we have received the message (in German) saying we should call once we are at the property to receive the safebox code. Later we received another message (in German), that the keys will be in the look of the apartment. Unfortunately, I do not speak German, so I messaged the host with the question about the code, and he/she just sent me the same message again, although in communication we used English. The key, however, was nowhere to find, so we needed to call and insist that the key is not there. The second message also included to pay city tax in cash, which could have been easily included in the price and we would not have to put an extra effort for finding euro cash (were traveling from non euro-zone country to non euro-zone country).

When we left

limited parking toilet seat broken it looked as if all the old cups and plates were dumped into the unit, 3 different cups and plates 2 bedrooms but you had to pass through one to get out.. so no privacy for the first bedroom

Pleasant spacious apartment with a great terrace. Very straightforward checkin and very fast Internet. Comfortable beds.

I cannot say it was clean. Pillows need replacement and apartment needs renovation. Kitchen and bathroom facilities could also be more clean.

Next to a supermarket and to some places to eat

Very limited cooking dishes. Coffee machine broken.

Question How can I get the invoice or recepiet for paid money?

this is not for summertime ! we were hosted in an attic that we found with all the windows closed and 28 celsius inside (had a termometer) , the setup of the beds and rooms was not like in the picture at all, so we needed to use their extensible sofa to setup for our family (4 people). the sheets were not as clean as we were used from other locations, we found insects and lot of dust and black towels so with black towels you never know how clean they are. anyway, the worst part was the temperature, so we opened all the windows and only went to sleep after midnight when the temperature was almost ok (3 hours of waiting for the temp to go down). imagine it would be a rainy day, how you would open the windows of an attic (windows on the roof) and sleep like that. the rooms are otherwise ok, they have a kitchen , bathroom is ok etc. probably a good place for other seasons, but NOT for the summer !

It’s my second time at the Betterhome apartments and even though I’ve had two different apartments they were both really nice, spacious, clean, good furnished. It’s very helpful to have a private parking lot and a bit of green outside the house, the neighborhood is cute and quite. We were supposed to stay only for a couple of nights but ended up booking one more.

It’s a bit farther from the city center but it’s super easy to get there as the tram stops right close to it and we never had an issue with it.

The parking spots were all taken and we had to move the car, eventually one car left so we could park there

Shops and quiet place. Car Park also convenient.
