Staff need better training -

Loved the place, they thought ant everything from a hairdryer, beach towels, picnic blanket, iron and ironing board. Kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms were very clean. Loved loved loved the place...

Bed and pillows were not so comfy. Had a nasty experience around 5am I could hear what was happening next door 🚪

The venue is beautiful and staff is really friendly and welcoming from security to every staff member in the venue. Our needs and changes in our booking was accomodated without any hustle. Greatly applaud and appreciate the host. Great place for leisure

I was charged for the show without my consent.

Firstly, this is a guesthouse room and not an apartment. Secondly, there was a very pungent mouldy smell on day 1 which kept us awake all night. On day 2 there was a disturbing sound from the roof that was not attended to besides sending the owners a message, which also kept us awake all night. 2 nights without sleep. Vac-hell

Well decorated, neat and quaint apartment. Great views and location. All the essentials you need for a short stay.

Stuido apartment and hence small bedroom and bathroom.

Everything was great the food and ambiince, the problem is the stench of the river which makes it impossible to sleep at night

The security guard was expecting me and gave me the keys so it made it so much easier

There was no WiFi in the room, or rather I didn’t see the password and the network wasn’t great in some instances
