The staff were great.

The property desperately needs an upgrade. Our water stopped in the evening with no notice and took hours to fix. Apparently the issue was known to some staff but we were not told anything about it. We had the family room in Level 4, and the room was quite musty and sewerage smelling.

For the price paid, it was affordable for budget trips. Seems to target a fun crowd, where the hotel could accommodate groups. Great for high school students and backpackers. For what it is, it's pretty clean regardless.

Doors don't feel safe, way to secure your valuables is definitely something to look into. Either a portable safe or otherwise. The 24 hour security doesn't feel trustworthy. Some of the rooms have a mouldy smell and the furniture looks used. There is a pool, but the water looks stagnant and funky.

It is near in DBM where my concern of destination is.

The front desk cannot issue an Official Receipt as what I expected because the frontdesk staff said that the hotel is manage by RedDoorz and I have a difficult time asking for the O.R., even how many times I requested from Booking.com apps, so it resulted to non reimbursement of my actual hotel booking

Very good spacious family room slip in two with separate toilet and showers .Staff very friendly and helpful as I extended our stay,and when enquiry about staying again was offered a discounted rate which I booked in advance.

On second day of stay shower heater stopped working so only able to take cold shower.. Bar very poorly stocked with alcohol especially lager..Rooms do need. More supplies of shower gell and or soap and toothpaste as not enough for a family stay, and no throw away slippers available for guests.
