I can honestly say this is the nicest property we have stayed at in Colorado Springs. The location was fantastic, the communication with owner was great but most of all the house was amazing. Everything was perfect. The property is so well thought out and every space is used to its fullest extent. I would most definitely stay here again and again. Thank you for allowing us to use your property, it was amazing!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Kristine, our host, thought of everything, down to restaurant and activity recommendations. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, with a manicured yard and lots of spaces to enjoy the outdoors or curl up with a good book. Definitely planning a return trip!

This place was awesome! Lots of outdoor seating areas. The house is clean, warm and cozy with lots of things to do in close range. The hostess is the mostess. The owners of this property are very thoughtful, and very attentive. I would recommend this property to everyone!

We were presently surprised to see an older home totally renovated as an upscale property. It was very comfortable and had many neat electronic features which made our stay much more enjoyable. It’s close to downtown COS and to I25 making it easy to come and go quickly.. you want be disappointed with this excellent home!

This home was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was perfect for two married couples. The owners were thoughtful and great helpers since we had never traveled to this area. I recommend it!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes over the years and this one is definitely one of our favorites. It was exactly as described, the yard was precious and the outdoor spaces were really well done. Inside it had every thing we needed and more. Kristine was excellent to work with and very attentive to us. We have visited COS many times; we love this neighborhood and know it well so it was perfect for us! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This home was perfect for our family of four. There was plenty of space for us to feel like home but quaint enough for us to spend much needed time together. The card and board games were a nice tough for family time! The location was perfect for getting out and about in the area and just minutes from downtown. Communication was some of the best we've ever had and much appreciated for ease of travel. The owners did such a good job making us feel at home away from home. We plan on coming back to Colorado Springs and have no doubt we will stay here again!

We stayed here for a week in July 2022. I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this is definitely in my top three. The HopHay family thought of literally EVERYTHING you could need during a stay here in CO Springs. Kitchen: It was clean and extremely well stocked. We cooked several meals and there wasn't a single thing we needed that wasn't available. The knives were even sharp!! Bathrooms: Again, all very clean with towels and paper products provided. Bedrooms: Spacious, clean, comfy Indoor living spaces: Everything we needed, clean, comfortable Outdoor living spaces: There are a wide variety of outdoor spaces that truly double the size of the house. I am so happy we chose to stay here and would return in a heartbeat. A big thanks to the HopHay family.

What a wonderful stay! The house is a beautifully renovated property with lots of character and so, so clean. I would have to say this house was cleaner than even a lot of the newer properties we’ve stayed at before. The host, Kristin went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, even welcoming us with baked cookies, wine, and a gift bag. Communication was amazing with her even sending us a message to let us know that the house was ready for early check-in. An unexpected surprise! We also received the welcome guide in advance, which helped us plan our trip prior to coming. All the recommendations in there were spot-on, so do not skip out on reading their recs. She even emailed us to “customize” the amenities since she knew we were traveling with two little ones. Make sure to spend some time in the backyard- it is gorgeous. If we come back to Colorado Springs, I will book this place again!

Comfortable, spotless, artfully decorated, well appointed with no detail spared. Multiple outdoor areas and walking trails nearby. We were here to celebrate a CC graduation and this place was perfect!

We had the best time staying here. The guidebook was provided a few weeks before our stay that really helped me navigate and plan our trip. The house was perfectly labeled and stocked for guests and our kids! We had cookies and a welcome bag at arrival and pretty twinkly lights outside that made finding the house at night very easy. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were perfection. The yard was fun to play in or relax, and it was so close to parks and easy (but not too close to hear noise) access to the highway for excursions. I wish every rental was this nice!

This home is in a great area in Colorado Springs and convenient to major site seeing areas. It had every convenience you could ask for and the manual that was provided was very helpful. If we came back to this area we would stay there again.

Every room, inside and outside, is filled with details that make this stay one of the best ever! The decor is spot on - simple, minimalistic but warm and charming. The home was perfectly comfortable for the 4 of us. Our daughter claimed the window seat right away! The bathrooms while small make great use of space and are nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great quality which for us means a good nights sleep. I cannot adequately describe the outdoor space - you just have to experience it. From a cup of coffee in the stunning rear garden overlooking Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods (yes, it has views) to an evening glass of wine around the gas firepit on the side patio (yes, you have outdoor seating options) you will notice how well cared for and loved this home is. The lights, the seating, the raised beds, the art all come together in a relaxing, beautiful and conversational setting. The location is perfect - we were there for college tours and alot of sightseeing. As many times as we visit The Springs I wish we found this perfect little home long ago!

This home was very well kept, the owners have done a wonderful job with upkeep, design, decor, privacy and the list goes on. We loved that all of the restaurants we went to were under 2 miles away. We did lots of activities while there and everything was super easy to get to. We did the Shortline And Garden of the Gods Tour, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Air Force Academy, Manitou Springs, Penny Arcade, Pikes Peak and The Royal Gorge. Our favorite restaurants were The Famous Steakhouse, Denver Bisquit Company, Jax and the Skirted Heifer.

Absolutely the best stay. We loved the adorable home and were so comfortable, every need was met. There were many little special touches and extras, like homemade cookies and use of the raised garden vegetable beds. Owners were so accommodating and allowed us to add an extra night. Close to so many restaurants and things we wanted to do. Highly recommend❣️
