Lovely staff, great pool and loungers, decent food, excellent location and incredible value! Rooms cleaned daily, a good size, nice balcony, plenty of storage space and quiet.

Pool only being open between 10-6 is so unfortunate. Have 2 life guards doing 6 hour shifts 8-8, really not a difficult fix. The pool is your biggest selling point and the Morning/early evening is a great time to swim, keep it open!

Breakfest was good and location too.

I was expecting a modern room like the pictures but we had and old style furniture and toilet instead. Would be nice to have a small fridge in the rooms.

Pool closing at 6pm and no fridge in room unless you pay exrra to hire one and no tea making facilities,usual standard facilities in hotel rooms,I did know this before i stayed. Very friendly staff

The pool was good size and never an issue getting sun beds. Clean bathrooms at pool. Pool staff were v friendly. Common areas were all v clean

Room didn’t have a fridge and we were charged €45 for one for the week!! Also charged for the safe. Walls in the rooms pretty thin. Air con wasn’t great - would have been an issue if much hotter

Lovely hotel with everything you would expect

It’s a really good hike to anywhere really so need a pair of walking shoes. We only had flip flops and recked our feet walking 20k+ steps a day.

The hotel and the staff was brilliant. It could have been a little bit closer to the ocean, but 10 minutes walk is okay.

A few staff member was really helpful. Especially Albert in reception, he done the extra mile for his guests

The property was not flexible at all. There was no kettle in the room but there was an offer for 10 euro rental. I have asked for one. But they did not provide the cups. I asked if i could take it from the restaurant. It was a definitely no-no. What is the point of renting a kettle if cups are not provided?

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Only one man making fresh eggs etc and large queue. Cereal choice limited.

Did not arrive until 2am but got checked in quickly. However, at reception there were lots of ants and flying ants (!). Put us off

everyone on staff is incredibly nice and helpful - from cleaning staff to receptionist to owner (Sandra). they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. they also accommodated and early check-in so that our toddler could nap in the room. breakfast and especially dinner are EXCEPTIONAL and INCREDIBLE VALUE FOR THE MONEY. it’s plenty, much variety, every day something else (including different cuisines), and on gala dinner day they even had Paella and Steak… you will not eat that inexpensive and good anywhere in Cala Millor! The rooms may look old fashioned… but that’s mostly a design question (interior design from 20+ years ago). however, they did use great materials back then (marble) and the hotel today is very well maintained. In other words: The rooms may look old-fashioned but not „falling apart“.

a few minor things that I recommend working on: 1. Information should be more ACTIVELY and verbally communicated upon check-in. For instance: Pool hours, Pool rules (no Hotel towels allowed etc.),… Bot knowing local laws and hotel policies just cause confusion and make you walk on eggshells the first couple of days because you’re afraid of „doing something wrong“ and being called out 2. The kids pool seems to have tiles to avoid children from slipping. However, this caused many wounds and cuts in the soft and tiny kids/baby feet. you want to have water shoes or at least socks ok your kid‘s foot 3. Parking spots should be marked to avoid people parking randomly and which too much space between cars… especially as it gets crowded and there is less parking available once the hotel hits a 70% utilization!

We just came back last night from Mallorca. The hotel exceeded all our expectations , given that it's 3*. The food was delicious, never repetitive. We went as a family of 4, had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. Enough choices. Clean facilities everywhere. All staff friendly and smiley/ helpful. It's a very good value for money. Definitely recommend this hotel if you don't want to spend a fortune but still have a great experience.

The only downside was the swimming pool floors were very hard on my 2 little daughters' feet / it bled a few times after they were swimming in the little pool- touching the toes to the ground. But the lifeguard was very helpful.

The Breakfast menu was beautiful , staff friendly, helpful and professional. Reception staff were so helpful especiallyRamona and Toni the nighttime receptionist, poolside staff were always attentive and friendly, we could not have had a better holiday experience.

Nothing. !!! We cannot pinpoint any shortcomings in our whole holiday experience , from location to standard of service everything was exceptional, we would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Our room was super clean and spacious. The food in the hotel is amazing. We only had breakfast there which was price included, but dinner & lunch was also an option, if someone wanted to pay extra. the staff was really friendly!

I think that the pool hours should be extended 10:00-18:00 it´s not enough time.
