Not much

I found a literal dime bag of crystal meth on my bed. Blood stained pillows, and people knocking at my door at random times at night. Fridge was leaking water at the bottom, and sheets were not clean.

It was nice that there was a place to cook and a supply of cooking utensils.

The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work contacted the facility manager they attempted to repair contacted them again and they never returned to attempt to fix it a second time so we had no air-conditioning in the bedroom. The fridge was broken and had a small mini fridge in replace of it and was never informed about that until we noticed it when we arrived.

Refrigerator did not work the freezer was frosted over and the refrigerator was hot even after a gentleman came to repair it when I complained it did not call down at all and he said that was the best it could be that the refrigerator didn’t really cool it just blew cold air down from the freezer. This was a big deal for us because we had hoped to have some meals that we could fix the facility and it really was not conducive to cooking at all without a cold refrigerator. No dishwasher soap. Bath Towels and washcloths need replaced, some of them did not look clean. We washed them before we used them you still did not look clean. It’s just concerning to wash your face with a washcloth that looks like it’s been used on the floor. There was only one kitchen towel and it has stains. The beds are worn out, if there are two people in the bed they both roll to the center. The sofa, which is actually a Loveseat was horrible, the cushions don’t stay put. The bottom cushions keep sliding out as you’re trying to sit there. The bathroom location was horrible, it’ is not even close to the bedrooms as it is off the kitchen and there is only around 12 inches between the stove and the refrigerator which blocks the entrance to the bathroom. Had to turn sideways to get between the two and if you’re a very big person that wasn’t very easy at all.

This property was located in a bad neighborhood where we were approached by drug addict asking us for money and to buy meth . One lady even had a coal shovel she was waving around . So the cost for location was total crap . They have in pics the front of the property but what they don’t show u is the two side buildings in a dirt alley where literally looking directly at crumbling down little homes that where busy with different cars throughout the night The front screen is damaged where some one was obviously trying to come in and the noise and constant traffic made it so we didn’t feel safe ! The ac didn’t work so it was just a little fan in every room . It wasn’t worth the money and nothing was really that comfortable . They left half a roll of toilet paper and that’s it nothing to really replenish items overall I wouldn’t recommend this place at all !
