We had a great time here. Enough room to stretch and have privacy and a short walk to the beach and 3 pools!

The best part of this place was the balcony. It’s large with comfy sofas and chairs (but tiny tables, not even big enough for food). The view was great. Unfortunately most every other part was disappointing. The bedrooms - One of the bunk room beds was so squeaky that it kept all the kids awake anytime someone rolled over (and literally not one thing on the walls to try and make it homey). The second bedroom bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were as flat as pancakes - and the bedding was so old and pilled. Just awful. (I didn’t sleep in the master, so not sure on that.) The kitchen - There wasn’t a pan or colander big enough to make two boxes of mac and cheese, not enough silverware for everyone to eat, the cheapest plastic dishes imaginable, a coffee pot that only made two large cups (when a 12-cup is $35 at Walmart), only one serving/mixing bowl bowl, no Tupperware, etc., etc. The baths - no big complains here except in the hall bath, there was literally not one place to hang a towel or washcloth to dry. And there was nothing to hang a hand towel either. So we had to have towels hanging all over the place. It’s sad because this place looked nice online, and they could spend so little to actually outfit it so it would be a nice place to stay. I’m sure things need to be replaced, but as a former beach house owner, this needs to be built in.

My friends and I had a great time at this property. The view is simply amazing, and the property is a couple minute walk to the beach. Good access to many of the popular places to hang out and convenient.

We love staying at Saida Towers. This particular unit was absolutely perfect for our family, from the amazing views to the renovated bathrooms. The property manager was so friendly and accommodating. There is a great bar on site and 3 amazing pools that were never too packed. We also enjoyed the tennis courts and the grounds were very well kept. Hopefully we can book this unit every year for our annual SPI vacation!

The only bad thing is the water leak under the kitchen sink.

We had a wonderful stay, the condo was cleaning and very nice. Loved the balcony, very roomy. Definitely will return.

Nice

The plus of this place is the huge patio with great views to relax on. The unit is on the end so the balcony is larger and we found it to be quite quiet. The pools were great and the beach in front is nice. If you are driving down, be sure to pack your own beach chairs, we had to buy them when we arrived. They do rent some on the beach but closed down because it was too windy one day and we had no chairs. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking breakfast and light lunches. We were a party of 7 and the coffee pot is a 5 cup pot so we had to make many pots each morning (bring your own coffee, there were plenty of filters). Also the guest book said there were pool towels in one of the closets', but we did not find them there, (I'm sure they've "walked off" over stays) so be prepared to bring your own. Overall a great place for our girls trip and we would recommend.

Everything from booking, getting our check in info, to communication was amazing. Our place was comfortable especially the beds! Location was perfect. Loved having the 24 hour security during spring break since we had kids ranging from 8-18. Will for sure rent this place again!

Everything was great, we had more than enough room for our 5 littles plus adults. Everything was clean and updated. Loved the decor and cleanliness of everything. No complaints can’t wait to visit again!

The condo was spacious with lots of beds and a large balcony with Greta views. It was perfect for our family with kids. We enjoyed the large dining table and the coffee bar (brewed and Krups so take your pick!). The condo was clean upon arrival, had extra blankets and pillows, and the host thoughtfully welcomed us via text on our first day. The complex had a ton of amenities including tennis courts, heated pool, and an easy boardwalk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous views, excellent location. It was chilly weather and we could not adjust the controls on the thermostat, so it got quite Cool inside and the hot water temp was just warm. The property was well kept and the grounds were beautiful.

I was a foster parent who adopted my children and This place was able to accommodate my large family and allowed them experience the beauty of this island which has been a favorite place that my husband and I enjoy coming to every year prior adopting but now we get to enjoy with them and their friends . This place was beautiful patio was spacious and its own entertainment with a great view of the ocean. Overall great experience.
