Really cosy flat, clean, and welcoming. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. The decor is nice. Fully equipped kitchen. TV has streaming service. Wi-Fi good.
The heating didn't work the second evening. The book said to phone the property manager, but i didn't want someone coming out at night. Inconvenient. The shower head just shoots upwards while using it. This happened mid shampoo and ended up with shampoo in my eyes. Not good. The pillows in the bedroom are cheap and go flat on impact. The bed itself is OKish oneside, but the right-hand side as you look at it is the worst bed I've ever slept in.
It makes a noise as you sit down, and you can feel every spring in the mattress. Very uncomfortable, and now my back is bad. These are issues that need addressing, and this would be a first-class place. Oh, and no dining table or anywhere to eat.

Great apartment with everything you would need for a stay away. Fully equipped kitchen, large fridge/freezer, comfortable lounge, good sized bathroom with powerful shower. Bedrooms not large but good size for 2 people (you're only sleeping anyways!) Host was very thorough with information about the apartment and even messaged mid stay to see if everything was ok. This is a basement flat but had enough windows and light coming through so it didn't feel too dark. Excellent location! Across the street from an Asda and 10 minute walk into central Harrogate. Parking permits readily available for the stay and we were lucky enough to nab a space right outside the property. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Harrogate.

Free Parking, comfortable beds.
The confirmation email contained questions about whether beds were single or super king. Unfortunately I didn't read the detail at the bottom of the email at that time. Yes it was my mistake, but I think an email nearer the time asking for clarification would have helped me avoid paying an extra £25 to correct the bed arrangement.
I couldnt read the booking.com messages on the web either so last minute arrangements were a bit tricky. All worked out fine in the end though.

This is the second time that we have stayed here and it provides a wonderful base for our working time in Harrogate. Contact with the owner is prompt, friendly but professional and the apartment is beautifully presented with excellent facilities. On street parking with a parking pass provided meant that we could park up on arrival and then walk 5 minutes down to the exhibition centre. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Lovely modern apartment fitted with everything you could need. Lovely touch giving extras such as coffea, tea and biscuits and providing toiletries and cleaning products. Clean and tidy and lots of information provided. Close to town, very close to Asda. Beds were huge and very comfortable. Amazing bathroom.
Small amount of noise from upstairs guests but to be expected on a weekend, didn't affect us much.

Excellent location and excellent value with easy walk to the Town Centre; no more than 10 minutes away. Plenty of close facilities such as ASDA and good takeaways. Very well equipped accommodation. Massive beds in large bedrooms and lovely large bathroom. Everything in good working order. Nice option of the outside gardens.
Not necessarily "Not Liked", but I think there should be more seating in the lounge area. If 4 adults were staying it would not be comfortable sitting in the lounge either chatting or watching TV. Maybe a couple of two seater settees would work better.

My sister and I found the accommodation exactly as described , and shown in the photos, for a comfortable self catering two day stay - well equipped, warm, clean and modern, with an excellent location a few minutes from central Harrogate. Very extensive information provided by Property Manager Lydia, on everything from unlocking the child lock on the hob, if necessary, to parking restrictions, was very welcome. Highly recommended.
The lack of a 'grab rail' in the spacious modern shower. Without one, my sister, needed me to help her shower safely. Not a huge problem, but when I mentioned it to Lydia, she said she'd feed that suggestion back to the apartment owner.
