Great pool (shared but we managed to use it solo every day of our stay), cute mini playground for smaller kids, spacious, light filled property with x2 bathrooms & AC in all but 1 bedroom made for a very comfortable stay. The balcony deck area had a lovely view with plenty of seating to sit & read whilst sipping a drink. There was a secure, undercover garage. Local shops were walking distance.

An extra tea towel plus some extra crockery wouldn’t have gone astray but there were no real negative aspects to the property. A coffee making apparatus of some description is also missing!

Perfect size and facilities for our family get together for a wedding just down the road. Unfortunately we had wet weather the whole time, but the views would be fantastic on a fine day

Would have loved a hair dryer.

The owner has a requirement of 500 cash only security deposit. his prices for damages (even pot plants) are extreme....i would suggest they moved it out if they are notnopen to some damages/accidents or at least realistic about the replacment costs.

This is a lovely property, close to the water and about five blocks to the shopping centre. Detergents, and some condiments are provided, I would definitely stay here again when I’m in Brisbane.
