Location & staff

The frying pans handles were loose . The stove was not leveled. I fixed the stove problem. There was a live roach in guest bathroom. The a/c filter was dirty.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect with a quick walk to the beach & 5-10 minute walk to any restaurant or bar. The entire building was immaculate and the staff was incredibly friendly.

The pool was a little small but only crowded once during our entire stay. The rest of the time it was pretty empty!

The hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the beach , the beds are like sleeping on clouds, Karen on reception was amazing, nothing was too much for her what a star, the rooftop bar staff were really friendly and made you feel welcome also knew how to make a wonderful cocktail, We will be back but stay for longer next time.

After prepaying for the condo was hit with another $1200 of resort fees, parking fees and pet fees per day. Was given wrong room and was told it was Booking fault.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff was beyond pleasant and the stay was one of our best ever. I don’t remember seeing my husband as happy as he was!!! Perfect place to try out my new bikinis 😉

Its very clean and spacious.staffs are very friendly. Only thing for parking and resort fees increases ur booking by almost 85$

i didn’t like that the pool was closed at 8 instead of 9 (how it’s supposed to be) because it’s time we lost since there was red tide going on the pool was all we could do

Excellent location, very close to beaches, restaurants, etc. Suite was excellent - spacious, clean and lots of good facilities Appreciated the space on second floor to make tea & coffee Although we didn’t make use, we liked the offer of beach chairs, towels, etc.

I did not appreciate the extra charges for overnight parking when we were staying in a suite which was already expensive
