The house is great! nice amount to space, great backyard! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. it was a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for us, a little away from the plaza and in town, close to restaurants and groceries. Nothing in Santa Fe is more then 10-15 min away anyway.

It was a bit hard to keep the whole house warm at the same time, but that isn't abnomal in santa fe homes. I was there for a week and it would've been wonderful to have a washer/dryer, but it wasn't imperative.

Charming cottage feel with lots of artsy touches. Nice kitchen and sun porch. Landscaping pretty front and back with lovely plants.

I made the reservation expecting wifi. We had to work online while there. A few hours prior to arrival we were told the wifi was not working properly and they were changing services. I made several appointments with agent to address and it was never fixed. Appointments never manifested as set up. TV of course didn't have service either. Master bedroom was HOT! Two wall air conditioners - one in living room and the other in second bedroom with smaller bed. We were supposedly the first guests so I get it there are details to work out. I've been holding off on this review. I was told I would get some discount on the price and now a week later I'm still trying to track it down and getting similar message that they are looking into it. Overall, I had terrible sleep. Aside from the hot master bedroom, the sheets were like shower curtain texture and had dirt particles in the bed. No curtains on the outside doors windows which are large and anyone at the door can see right in. I didn't feel a sense of safety as a result and the doors are old. No follow up about our stay which was further frustrating. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and I did see they were trying to make a lovely space. The furnishing were cute with a Santa Fe vibe. Kitchen was a lovely space. Some upgrades in the bathroom. Towels felt like they were new and never washed. I suppose the next guests will get cleaner experience.
