Dit appartement is een absolute aanrader. De locatie is fantastisch. Vele bezienswaardigheden en veel restaurants op loopafstand. Het appartement is zeer luxueus uitgevoerd. Schitterende badkamer met marmeren vloeren en muren. De tuin is heel mooi en een oase van rust. Zalig om een duik in het zwembad te nemen na een dag stappen in het heuvelachtige Lissabon. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heel goeie restaurant tips gekregen. Er was niets op aan te merken. Alles was perfect.

L'accueil est top ! Un personnel attentif et de bon conseil. Une situation géographique idéale à proximité du centre tout en étant au calme. Une très belle chambre avec des matériaux soignés, spacieuse et confortable.

Pas de volets, une enceinte connectée aurait été top :)

Super hospitality and warm, friendly staff. Great size apartment. Great shower and bathroom. Clean and tidy. Our apartment had a garden view, which was quiet. We didn't have any issues with noise in the corridors. The garden itself was peaceful, we enjoyed one evening outside. We didn't rate the recommended 'Zenith' for breakfast, but just further up the road there was Simpli Coffee, which did the best eggs we had in Portugal!

We arrived late (which we had pre-arranged, and it was great to have someone to meet us!) but the apartment building was difficult to find in the dark, as the street was not numbered, and I felt a little unsafe as a female traveller, by the types of people hanging out on the street at night, when I had my luggage. When we went to the parking, the staff member was not waiting for us as promised, so then we doubted we must have the wrong place, and it was very stressful doing this late at night. Just a note on location - it's on a fairly quiet street (lots of aparthotels) just off a busy Avenue with parades of fancy hotels & shops. Perfect for driving in from the airport - but we would have stayed in a more residential location, closer to the water, if we hadn't had the car.

We needed tissues and paper towels supplied which they don’t offer A small couch in the studio would be nice( there’s no place to sit other than the two straight- backed chairs)

The property was well organized and super nice. Location is super fantastic in the middle of Lisbon. People working there are ready and welling to help with everything needed. I would Highly recommended. The parking was for free and is so nice and easy accessible in this busy city.

Dishwasher was broken we cooked here as we had been travelling for so long. Did report this but wasn't addressed.

A great apartment in a great location. We stayed in a studio apartment which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved our stay here. The garden area was a bonus to relax in.

The only thing was change of towels only after 4 days and to get a change before that you had to pay a fee. But we knew this in advance and arranged a change. It wouldn't stop me from staying again.

The sofa bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. There is 2 medal rods up your back when you sleep.

The bed in the master bedroom was hard, not very comfortable. The hot water ran out on one of the nights because four of us had to take a shower back to back.

Beautiful spacious apartment in an excellent Location. Very close to lots of restaurants and easy to walk virtually everywhere. Metro was very close when needed. Aldi supermarket also a very short walk away.

Minor issue, but the requirement to pay a deposit in cash was a bit annoying. I have no issues paying a deposit via card, but this meant we had excess cash in Euro when we headed home to Australia.

Location was excellent, apartments were very secure without need for key. Staff were very helpful with local tourist advice, provided a detailed map and showed us many locations to visit. Arranged a taxi back to the airport that was much more reliable than the one arranged through our airline to get to the apartment.

Location is just perfect. Facilities are good and have everything you need. Private and free parking was appreciated.

Towels which were on the floor were not changed even once during whole 3 night stay visit. I was disappointed. The staff team is playing for service, very personal approach but sometimes it’s too much. They fawn every time for you and approach towards guests is off-handed very often.

Felt very secure and very clean. Easy to find and the front desk patrons are very kind and very helpful. They will direct you to some great places for food and site seeing.

Big and spacious room. With a cool little balcony to Lisbon streets. Close to everything, very central and walk distance to main attractions in Lisbon. Beautiful garden inside, Nespresso capsules everyday was a plus. Quiet street, polite staff - we loved everything.

Nothing big to note, but they could offer to change towels more frequent (with no cost). We had a stay of 4 days and they'd only change it after 4 days.
