Great view.. kitchen ckean. Was half a swimsiit in the hot tub area. .quiet but close enough to town.

didn’t stay but was charged for the night

bad communication by staff and untimely payments. they sent us an email 2 times saying payment was not excepted and we’re canceling the room. later that night charged us for the room 7:30pm with a family of 5 saying we were good to go. hopefully this doesn’t happen too anyone else

The heat in every room was amazing, definitely stayed nice and toasty. The beds were very comfortable, didn't wake up with a stiff sore back like I do when I stay most places.

I didn't like there directions, we were told to take a left instead of a right and got sent down a narrow path that turned into a dead end and almost got stuck, the pictures were very deceiving as to the closeness of the ocean, yes you can see the ocean but have to take a trail leading to the ocean which is a 5min hike and unsafe, we wound up just driving to another beach, the worst part was how dirty and unclean the place was when we arrived. It smelt bad due to the garbage not being taken out like your supposed to do, fridge still had food from the previous tenants, kitchen was gross, second bathroom was nasty, dirty sink, all around the bathtub needed wiped down, dirty towels and rags left in bathroom, empty shampoo bottle left in the shower, floor needed swept, dishes left in dishwasher, just to name a few of the complaints with pictures I provided right away to the property and was directed to send an email to the manager which I did and am still waiting on a reply and resolution since we're charged $175.00 cleaning fee and had to clean before we could comfortably relax and enjoy our stay. Definitely not worth the price! I do not recommend this place at all!.
