I thought I was booking a hotel room and instead got a full studio apartment. 2-stove top burners, a full fridge / freezer, a sink and hot-water heater, and a washing machine. Full bath. And, as much closet space as you could imagine. In the US, this is what you might call a Suite hotel room, aka Premium. You could seriously rent this hotel room for a month and live there for cheap (actually, idk how long you can rent for). After I checked in, I wandered around the area for a bit. There are plenty of food options nearby. Though I didn't stop in any. Instead, I grabbed some ready-to-make ramen from a convenience store and ate that in my room for dinner and breakfast. If you're stating longer, there are plenty of bus stops around, and you can purchase a T-money card from any convenience store. I bought one from the E-mart next door at 5,000₩ since I'll be back in 2 weeks.

The front door wasn't secured. There's a receptionist from 0600-0000 and no lock. If the lobby is going to be open, then maybe the elevators should require a key to scan to keep anyone from going up. ...also, I rented the room for the airport shuttle, but its earliest schedule is at 0600, and my flight was at 0700, so I had to call a taxi anyway. It's ~22km from ICN. I took an Orange taxi there for 17,400₩ and the taxi back was a flat 26,000₩. I thought I was saving money going to this hotel, but sadly ended up spending more than if I'd just paid for a pricier room closer to the airport.

I booked the property for my daughter specifically because I was supposed to pay in advance with the credit card I gave as guarantee. However, when my daughter arrived at the hotel they announced they could not charge me online. They needed my physical card which, obviously, my daughter did not have. Why take my card as a guarantee, tell me I would be charged in advance, threaten to charge me if I canceled and yet not be able to charge m card online??? I would have booked elsewhere if they had been more truthful about their policy

Studio apartment amenities, like refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, and washer. It was clean and modern. The best shower we had in Korea for the two weeks we visited.

The included shuttle was only to the airport, not to the hotel, and only runs 3 times to the airport in the morning (6,?,11) This info was hard to find on the website. It is also 30 minutes from airport and not near city so a bit isolated. The elevator was very slow and stairs were not friendly to use. Comforter on bed was too warm for the summer season.

The room was excellent and very clean. I loved the location too.

The bed was super uncomfortable and the sheets were clean but had holes in them.

Loved the room and the windows that opened! Refrigerator was huge! Great amenities. Very clean. Loved everything but the bed.

The bed was ok. My husband had a hard time sleeping on it. If not for the bed, it was perfect.

I liked washing machine in the room, its fantastic. As well as clothes dryer

Smell of the neighbor kitchen, if someone cooks next to your room the smells comes in.

Loved the big spacious room and bathroom. The looks new and is quite quiet so that was good.

There wasn't any instructions on how to use the AC control. Even after using google translate there was still hot air coming out even when I wanted to cool the room down. If you're sensitive to light then it's not too good cos the light from the AC was quite bright. For some reason my toilet was super cold.

The location is not the same as shown in the map, it is at least twice as far from the airport as shown in the map. The taxi drivers they work with are tourists scammers, they'll charge you double the price for any ride you take. If anyone is staying at this hotel, i recommend you pick your own taxi.

The location is far, and the taxi driver they requested for me to get to the airport scammed me and got twice the charge, he refused to use the charge counter and asked for 25,000 for a 10 minutes ride which is definitely much more than what it's worth as the hotel receptionist told me that the ride would be 13000 to 16000 maximum.

When you walk in, you’re immediately greeted by the staff Check in staff are excellent and the servers in the restaurant It is a great location to go to any casino

Staff were not very helpful. The second morning [Saturday] no one answered when we called reception from the airport until almost 10 even though it was supposed to be open from 9am.

its a bit out of nowhere, therefore if you are foreigner like me you will have some problems finding the restaurants you can enter and managing yourself around.

The room is small but newly furnished (it smell to furniture lacquer) and well equipped in terms of kitchen and washing facilities. Everything was very clean.

We were not made aware at the time of the reservation with booking.com that Hotel Ocean Park 9 is not an hotel but an apartments building. At our arrival, there was 1 person at the reception desk and she only spoke korean. There was not people at the reception desk during most of the time and they did not speak english or common western languages. The rooms had wifi but nobody gave us the relevant info to connect with it. The apartments have no services at all (cafeteria, restaurant, support to call a taxi or to make a reservation for the airport shuttle).

I like the sea view and the room was pretty nice. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, and a park near the hotel.

I didn't like the staff. She's not friendly, not hospitable, and really rude. The location was wrong. Either the booking made a mistake or the hotel. Anyway, the location was wrong and not pinned correctly on the map...

There was no breakfast available either free or with an extra cost
