بعيد عن الحرم تحتاج سياره يستغرق الوصول الي الحرم 10 دقايق تقريبا

موقع الشقة جيد نسبيا لمن معه سيارة المناطق المشتركة كالطرقات والمصعد والاستقبال متوسط المستوى

الثمن غال جدا على وضع الشقة والامكانيات الرديئة غسالة يدوية لا تصلح لشخص أو أسرة تريد الاستمتاع بالإجازة الأحواض والدش ردئ وبعضها مكسور أو لا يعمل الدولاب لا يعمل الثلاجة والبوتاجاز لا يعملان معا وبعض مخارج الكهرباء لا تعمل الخلاصة لا يستحق حتى نصف ما دفعت

The apartment was so nice and clean and value to money.

There should be a small restaurant inside or nearby to entertain your family & guests.

Good value for money

I asked for the room to be cleaned on 3 separate occasions and it wasn't done. At check in make sure yo ask for a door tag that say clean the room! It will save you a lot of headache trying to call to get this done.

Merhabalar tesise girdiğimizde teste bulunan resepsiyon görevlisi bizi kazıkladı ve dolandırdı bizden fazla para çekti aynı zamanda çok kötü bir oda verdi odada hiçbir şey çalışmıyordu ve girdiğimiz gireceğimize 1000 pişman olduk ve biz gece otelden ayrılmak zorunda kaldık ama ücreti de aldıkları için ücretinizi de iade etmediler

Tesis başlı başlı bir sorun çalışanlar ayrı bir sorun tamamen dolandırıcılık üzerine kurulmuş lütfen bu kurumu bokking .com cıkarrın son derece kötü ve kazıkçı bir otelde 6000 TL bir ücret aldılar ve biz gece otelde kalamadık iki günlük rezervasyon yaptık ama otel çok berbattı

Bathroom accessories were not for all guests, Location is far away from Haram, we need to have taxi.

Nice and big room. Kettle and tv in the room. We could walk to the hotel from haram after isha’s prayers. 20 min walking.. range of restaurants around, and a lovely clothes cleaning and ironing shop nearby.

The sound of the Air conditioner was horrible! We had to balance between the heat and the noise!

Hetel as a whole was okay

Bathrooms were not maintained and once informed - no notice was taken and nothing was repaired

Everything, specially the staff, best ever from the bellboy, to the managers. Best ever

The room was very nice. Awesome location.

We didn't know how to use the washing machine but that was not their fault. Just an inconvenience for us.

Language issue with staff member

Excellent customer service especially from a staff called Fajer; she made getting into the city a nice journey. She did not only provide great customer experience, but also acted as an advisor to new comers to Madinah..

Staff are welcoming, cooperative The Accommodation is clean, wide enough, suitable for long stay Free parking
