Good and quiet location. Apartment very spacious and kitchen and laundry Maschine completely equiped (although need to be better maintained/some parts need to be replaced). Agency friendly and quick to answer even during the weekend. The welcome pack with coffee, tee and wine was a nice gesture. Last but not least the neighbor is friendly and helpful.

The apartment common areas need to be cleaned, the apartment needs maintenance urgently. Outside parket and outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned and oiled. Electrical appliances (oven and fridge mainly) are dirty and old, same as the kitchenware. In short the apartment has a lot of potential but it is not properly maintained.

Lovely location overlooking fishing harbour in Arrecife. Not in one of the big resorts, but the real city. Location overlooking the harbour was excellent. The veranda (2nd floor) around the apartment was fantastic. Local cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 min walk.

No blinds on the main veranda doors. Lack of privacy in the evenings. No soft or ambient lighting in the living room, only stark main lights which coupled with lack of blinds caused lack of privacy. WiFi was slow most of the time and occasionally very slow. All of the above feedback was reported to the host during our stay.

Location was excellent, just as stated in brochure. Close to restaurants and bars and near the many shops. Short walk (20 mins) to beach.

Additional keys would have been handy for our party. The en-suite shower overflowed onto bathroom floor but there were no other major issues
