The cleanliness exceeded expectation. Rooms were cosy yet okay and clean, the staff was cooperative. The place gets quiet at night since there aren't much hotels nearby (mostly under construction). The restrooms were spacious. Enough space to keep the luggage, toiletries, kettle service and Iron service was provided inside the room. Air Conditioning was working as expected.

Location is slight far from the Haram (Masjid al Nabwi), if you're planning to pray five times a day you either should have a car or use Taxi services (Ajra, Green taxis, Careem, Jeeny, Bolt). It takes almost 1 hour by walk to the Haram. The place gets quiet at night, since nearby hotels are under construction, there isn't much traffic or people nearby.

Very Close to Uhud Mountain. Reasonably clean room. Reasonably inexpensive. Easy parking outside the hotel. Not busy so lifts were fast. Comfortable beds. Quiet location.

Although the receptionist spoke decent english, the tone seemed short and sharp and accusatory upon check in initially but we eventually resolved it without major dramas. However, later the asian (pakistani/indian) guy cleaning the reception desk said bluntly to us if you heat the milk in the kettle then you will pay for the damage- i mean does anyone ever heat up milk in a kettle! The check out was a better experience though. The toilet water spray was malfunctioning amd there were no decent amenities near by so we drove far for food (al baik was not a suitable option for us).
