Superb location with great facilities and welcoming staffs. I had an massive Help with my luggage from staffs ,feels like home. The breakfast stays a bit further than stated so if you wake up a bit later you might still able to enjoy it.The cabins gives a quite privacy .Excellent service and well organised. One of my best experience ever .

The stairs (actually is quite charming ) but if you are carrying a heavy luggages ...is a bit Tough

If you are interested to find suitable accomodation, do not hesitate because you will not make a mistake with this hostel.

I liked how the staff was friendly, the facilities were amazing (full kitchen, spacious toilets and shower rooms, comfy beds) and the free breakfast was a good bonus. The beds have a privacy curtain, so it feels safer and more comfortable than other hostels

Don't really have any complaints, I really enjoyed my stay there.

Beautiful building and the LX Factory is an amazing area. Bathrooms and communal areas were spotless and for a hostel it felt secure.

Too far away from the city centre.

Staff is super friendly, location is great. The dorm bed is like a cozy little den with a lot of privacy.

I found the location super, it's somewhat alternative and you have plenty of restaurants that are really good, with a lot of live performances!

distance from reception and room is not that great, reception is actually in the middle of a relaxation area where guests for example take their breakfast or just sit there in a group. but since it is not so far away from the room that has a sliding door but which does not stop any noise, so you could say there is no door. it does disturb a bit to be able to sleep

The location and accomodation were amazing. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the roof terrace. The staff was very kind and helpful. We wish to stay longer. Fabulous experience!

I love the decor; inside and out….really cool vintage, bohemian vibe with upcycled art. The mattress was VERY comfortable. The linens were clean, warm, and cozy.

The material used to create the walls and floor of the sleeping cells was flexible. My toes kept getting pinched between the bed and floor every time I walked in and out of my quarter. I think the beds should be temporarily or permanently fixed to the unit so that they don’t move as you walk in and the foot locker raised from the floor so it can double as a vanity/desk or provide more surface area. I don’t know. It’s just a few tweaks from perfection.

The staff, especially Maria and Katya were wonderful and warm, gave great recommendations and took care of everything I asked,, thank you! There was a good atmosphere in the place. Laundry price was fair - 1 euro, the mattresses were comfortable. There is public public transportation and a supermarket nearby.

The property is very nice and comfortable. All very clean and organized. The breakfast is very nice, the staff was amazing. And the location is great!

everything was perfect! the location with all te restaurants downstairs, a lot of space in your individual “bunker”, the rooftop bar is super fun, hostel is super clean, staff is always there to help you and have a chat with you. felt super safe as a female solo traveler, 10/10

Love the hostel in general. I always come back to this place when I’m staying in Lisbon.

IT HAS BEEN A GREAT STAY AND SERVICE. IT WAS TOP THE HELP WITH MY LUGGAGE AS THEY OFFERED TO KEEP IT FOR SOME DAYS UNTIL I CAME BACK, REALLY SATISFIED WITH THAT.

MY ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO PROVIDE THE HOSTEL WITH A WEIGHT SCALE FOR BAGS SO YOU CAN WEIGHT THEM BEFORE A FLIGHT BUT OVERALL IT WAS GREAT.

I had a wonderful stay here. I was only there for one day/night and had to leave early for a flight the next morning. The woman who checked me in was so friendly and offered to put my breakfast aside so I could have it in the morning, which was very appreciated! My birthday was the next day so she also gave me a little wine bottle and left me a post-it with my breakfast :) There was free sangria in the evening, which was a nice way to talk to some of the other hostel guests. I also thought the bed was surprisingly comfortable and appreciated the privacy curtain and space for belongings.

The lockers were a little finicky to open, but it was not a big deal.

The fact you had to pay extra for towels. most expensive hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Let us bring the bikes up but not without us begging. A small 2m by 1.5m section in the corner of the main room could easily be cordoned off for bicycle storage

I really loved the breakfast. You could make pancakes and eggs yourself. Eat it on the rooftop in the sunshine. Very nice! I loved the beds and the privacy. I loved the location as well.

that you had to take public transport to get to the centre, which makes the trip more expensive... But I knew that and it also had its benefits.

Location, breakfast, staff, rooftop bar were all fantastic.

The only let down for the property was the bathrooms, which had a terrible smell because of the lack of divide between the toilets and the showers it created a terrible smell. Only reason why LX Hostel is not a 10
