The historic building was a lovely facade from the outside and it was a great location for our need to walk everywhere downtown.

The linens, although washed were disgusting. We received towels with residues of makeup and other stains. The bathrooms weren't clean (haris from other guests on the walls) and the toilet in my ensuite bathroom made noises constantly. There was a lot of noise from the gymn above and the elevators.

The location was terrific. I was a little bit frustrated with the service and communication regarding early check in and late check out requests.
