No hot water in the shower.

I was told you can was your clothes, but no washing machine.

Booked for a two bedroom unit at lafayette. Condo owner did not inform us that the pool was under renovation until feb 20. Had no choice but to ask for an arrangement or to find us a unit with a pool since the kids wanted to swim. Was offered to stay at Onespatial. Just imagine 10 guests in one unit. Also, condo asst was not approachable. Unit's bathroom has a foul smell.

verification process at the lobby is time consuming. wifi is not working. toilet has no bidet. towels, blankets, comforter are not properly arranged. No shower heater.

there’s only 2 bedrooms in which they disclosed that there are three in the listing. they said there were: 1 queen bed 1 full bed 3 futon beds 1 sofa bed it turned out there were: 1 queen bed 1 single bed 1 double deck sofa is not convertible to bed at all. very uncomfortable for my brother who slept there. we are a group of 8, how else would we fit in the unit if there’s no sufficient beds. disappointed, sorry. this is my first time posting bad review here. I have associated my concern with the owner, she said that 3 bedrooms were listed because the sala was considered as a room by **booking.com** well in fact the description says otherwise. I hope they would fix the description so that it wouldnt be misleading to anyone who will choose to stay in the unit.
