Location is great! Was clean and the view was lovely. The furnishing was modern and the apartment overall was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, staff was amazing and assisted us without hesitation which was really wonderful!

I did not like the open plan bathroom and bedroom. There was no door for the bathroom which made me exceptionally uncomfortable from a privacy between bedroom and bathroom/TOILET perspective. There is a slight crack in the ceiling just outside the bedroom that was not an issue but from a maintenance side should be attended to.

Absolutely nothing, false advertisement. The unit we got looks nothing to what’s shown on the pics. You pay for something and choose the best option which cost a little more but still be given the cheapest option

Nothing, my fiancé was in the dark because she arrived late yet I had checked in for the both of use the previous day. We had to go book another hotel at 1am

When I told the staff that I would be arriving later that evening they assured me that the keys to my hotel would be there on arrival I was told no one made arrangements for me and I had to look for alternative accommodation for that night at 11pm no one answered on the WhatsApp line and no one could give me answers. When we finally checked in the next day no one even bothered to let me know what they were planning on doing with he fact that I had to pay an additional amount for alternative accommodation or if they were planning on refunding me for the night that I lost. Another thing the hotel was not cleaned properly each day we even ran out of toilet paper and the receptionist told us they are not responsible for replacing anything in the apartment we had to purchase that ourselves so no I will not be returning to your hotel and I will not be recommending it to anyone! Oh and please install an aircon in the room it was ridiculously hot in there we could barely manage the heat the weekend and all there was a fan that barely worked

Absolutely nothing.

The staff were rude. The AC in the apartment was not fully functional. There’s only an ac in the bedroom, the living room didn’t have a fan or ac so when it got hot this place was unbearable to stay in. The host was very slow to reply and there would be random power cuts throughout the day consistently.
