Location was good.

Just because we booked through booking.com and got a good discount they tried giving family a smoking room. And after bit argument they send us on the 4th floor and the hotel was without any lift. Had tough time climbing up the 3 floors.

I appreciate the Staff available there, Especially the Honesty of the Guy At Reception. I mistakenly gave him Hundred Saudi Ryal instead of Pakistani 100 Rupees and he returned me on the Spot. I would like to refer all the people who come from another countries or other cities..must experience this hotel.

Every thing was perfect.

The location and the proximity

I’ve stayed in this hotel more than 10-12 times I think. The management has changed now. Initially they’re on a good run and the beddings and everything was great and they did improve overtime. But this stay was horrible. I booked more than 24 hrs in advance. When I arrived after a long 6 hrs drive and tiring day, they don’t have any display that they’d charge extra for the card payments. Getting in the room, found out that bedsheet was dirty with stains and also on the quilt cover as well. Washroom was okay and clean but disgusting bedding. I kept waiting and then they said they’d change it which they did and the new bedsheet was again stained and dirty and even, wet. The quilt cover was also stained and dirty. I again called the manager and nothing was done and around 10:30pm I demanded a return of my money and left. An epic example of an excellent hotel going downhill. I seriously wish the owner pays attention and changes the hotel manager and staff. This used to be my go to place whenever I came to lahore but not anymore.

My trip to Lahore was on business. I found the Hotel Grand Lahore on the Booking app. The location of the hotel is in the Johar Town area, very lively and economically developed. Close to Expocentre and Emperium Mall. The price of an overnight stay is more than adequate, always clean room, very comfortable bed, AC, smart TV, fridge. Special thanks to the staff, friendly and helpful, always ready to help. Breakfast and restaurant menu are beyond praise. The owner of the hotel is a very smart and personable gentleman, who is also ready to solve any problems. I can say that this is one of the best hotels in the region. On my next visit, I will definitely stay only at the Hotel Grand Lahore And of course I will recommend to all my colleagues. Eventing is good best hotel in Lahore.

Bedsheets are to dirty to sleep on them ? The room not working properly .. Bathroom is not clean ..

So wonderful experience. Every dish was tasty. And hospitality was very good. We came late for iftar but they gave us extra time and special service was given. Best place for buffet in Lahore. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Needs were met without delay and everything looks new. Air conditioned room m, AC cooled the room very well.

two eggs omelet and cup of lovely tea was a great way to start off the day. its my 6th stay here and its just excellent. i think in this much money its the best facility. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work

a fridge in the room would probably be helpful to keep the water bottle cold at least. but not a mandatory thing

Since it was quite a new property, so was super clean and fresh. Hope they will maintain the same level. Rooms were perfectly designed.
