The house. The view. The pool. The location. Perfect. Would love to go back!

We rented this house from July 9th-July 16th and had quite a few issues with basic amenities that are included with the booking on VRBO and one of the rooms photographed for the property was not usable on VRBO. The room on the pool level with the jacuzzi did not have functioning AC and the blinds were broken (1 was completely missing). We were never able to use one of the guest showers on the main floor due to draining issues upon arrival. The shower drain did not work and would overflow into the bathroom. The guests staying in these rooms had to use the bathrooms on the upper floors as a result. In addition, the kitchen sink backed up and didn't drain properly. We had to contact Mallorca house rental twice regarding these issues. The jacuzzi advertised in the listing did not work and we were told someone would come out to look at it while we there and no one came. Lastly, the gas burner failed to work for most of our trip so we were only able to use the induction. Separate from these amenity issues there were 2 cameras on the inside of the house that were not mentioned in the booking of this property. VRBO's policy specifically states that: Inside the property Surveillance devices, which use any form of capture device such as a camera or an audio recorder, can’t be used inside of a property. There were several basic utility issues that didn't function properly that any renter should have during their stay, especially in a home of this caliber.

Die Lage ist phantastisch! Ohne jeden Zweifel. Und die Ruhe (wir waren im Oktober da) einfach genial! Das Haus entspricht den Fotos. Wenn man aus den gleichen Winkeln schaut -) Der Pool war super sauber, aber auch sehr kalt. Leider darf man scheinbar auf der Insel die Pools nicht heizen. (Dank an die Grünen) Die Übernahme sowie Abgabe erfolgte autonom via Schlüsseltresor, sehr unkompliziert. Es gibt scheinbar sauber und sauber. Ebenfalls in Sachen "Einrichtung" im speziellen in der Küche, Geschirr, Messer, etc. ist in einer "Luxus Villa" mit diesen Tagesansätzen, noch massig Potential nach oben.

Sehr tolle Lage. Zimmeraufteilung und Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Schwimmbad sehr schön und ein Trampolin war super. Schwimmbad wurde mehrmals gereinigt. Überall Meerblick. Ein sehr schönes Haus. Für eine Luxus Villa zu diesem Preis: -Keine Einweisung oder zumindest ein Infoblatt -Keine Geschirrhandtücher. -Alle Messer sehr stumpf -Kochtöpfe und Schüsseln zu wenig -Teilweise kein richtig warmes Duschwasser. Im unteren Zimmer ging die Deckenbrause gar nicht und teilweise nur kaltes Wasser. -WLAN die letzten drei Tage nicht vorhanden -Fliegengitter fehlten teilweise oder waren defekt. -Auf der Dach-Terrasse war alles grüne vertrocknet was kein schönes Ambiente war und nicht grade sauber. -Ein kleiner Willkommensgruß wäre nett gewesen.

Amazing villa, 9 of us stayed here including 3 toddlers. We had lots of space and had pretty much everything we needed. The views are unbelievable and feels very private and not at all overlooked. We felt the villa was very safe for children as the pool area is separate from the main living areas/balconies so we could have the sliding doors open without worrying about them getting into the pool by themselves. It would be great if the owners could restock the kitchen with new pans, knives, glasses & general kitchen utensils. It is a very luxurious villa but we felt this let it down. You definitely need a car if your staying at this villa as it’s exclusive location means you will need to drive to restaurants, bars & the beach. Not a problem for us but something to consider if you don’t drive. We loved the beach & beach bar at platja murada only a few minutes drive down the road. There are some fantastic restaurants in Portocolom about a 15 minute drive away - colon, babbo, nomi & HPC. Not sure if the pool was heated or whether it’s just because it’s in the sunshine all day but it felt very comfortable to get into. We’ve stayed at some villas before where it’s been hard to get in as it’s so cold. Overall an incredible place and we would definitely return!

Villa, Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna, Lage Sauberkeit, Ausstattung der Küche, Kommunikation wann welche Arbeiten durchgeführt werden (wir konnten den Pool 2 Tage nicht nutzen), Gästeinfo (wie funktioniert Klimaanlage, Restaurants in der Nähe, Strände, ...)

Das Haus ist toll, die Lage traumhaft. Der Pool super. Die Hausverwaltung reagierte sofort, wenn etwas mitgeteilt wurde. Super Service Grillroste sollten erneuert werden und sinnvoll wäre es, bei soviel Technik Bedienungsanleitungen vor Ort zu haben.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und direkt am Meer. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. In den Nachbardörfern gibt es ein gutes Restaurantangebot. Die Ausstattung im Bezug auf Geschirr kann verbessert werden.
