The property was very clean and just as it was stated on website. Everyone eas very friendly and helpful. We loved how close to the beach it was and that they had beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beach for us. We will definitely be coming back!

This was our second stay here and again it was just fantastic. Love the beach here, the closeness to soo many restaurants, the cleanliness, the staff, the views, the coffee bar, everything. Will be back and thanks again for another great trip!

This was an ideal location for our family of 6. With 3 bdrms and 2 1/2 baths, there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed and it was nice to have morning coffee downstairs. The beach was amazing and we enjoyed an empty pool every morning. Cons: The skylight in one of the guest rooms is not ideal for vacation mornings and the Avalon limited bath towels to 1 per guest.

We had a large party with 2 - 3br units. The Avalon is clean, the staff is wonderful and its walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and we had the best time! Highly recommend staying here.

Four of us stayed for a ladies weekend and it was almost perfect! Proximity to the beach, overall cleanliness and very friendly helpful staff made this a great, relaxing weekend for all of us. If I have any negatives, it would the bed and linen quality; both could be a little better. Still a wonderful stay and being able to tent the golf cart for a day to go sightseeing was an absolute joy!

We traveled to Clearwater for a short 3-day vacation and were very pleased with our stay at The Avalon Club! The facilities were very clean and well staffed. The 3 bedroom condo was beautiful and spacious for our family of 6. Even the pull out couch and bedding were comfortable. The staff was great and we loved the use of chairs, beach toys and towels for use at the beach. There were plenty of places to eat and shop all within walking distance. We definitely would stay again.

To everything and easy to navigate property. My only feedback would be the gym hours. It was only open 9am-9pm which was inconvenient. A 7-7 schedule would be much better. Otherwise great!

Home literally . Friendly staff . Cleanliness above expectations. Just at the beach loved the ease of being able to walk to the watch . Loved that they provided beach chairs and towels with kids toys what else you can ask for . Laundry in the apartment with all the dishes with laundry detergent and dish soap everything one would need away from home kids friendly .

The proximity of this property to both the beach and all the restaurants and shops was perfect for our four teenagers. The ease of beach chair rentals was fabulous and convenient. Coffee on the balcony facing the bay was perfect each morning as you have a front row seat for the sunset. I would also recommend for young families as there is a playground directly across the street.my only suggestion would be to add more comfortable furniture in the main area but it certainly was not a major issue and we will rent again.

Clean, spacious condo. One of the bedrooms does not have a closet. It's right on the beach, with a bar and pool on the 5th floor roof top and a 2nd floor lounge. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy access to beach. Rooftop pool and bar. Great restaurants and fun shops within walking distance. Trolley access. We had a 3 bedroom suite, with a balcony with street view, also had a private balcony with ocean view. Great stay for a friend vacation!

Loved the openness of the house. It is an easy walk to the beach about 10 minutes. Nice they provide towels and beach chairs for you to use. You can easily walk into town for the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here. The only downside was the shared wall between the condos was thin. We could hear the guy snoring in the room next to us. The front desk personal were all super nice and friendly. They wanted to make sure you enjoyed your stay.

Great accommodations for three families in separate units. Clean, very convenient location - walk to the shops and restaurants, and attentive staff. Although I knew there were extra charges for resort fee and parking-why not just add those in the cost overall cost rather than have as an add-on.

The condo and the location was wonderful. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. Having chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach was an added plus! We also really want to give a shout out to Milton at the front desk and to Evan and Kyle at the pool bar! They made this stay wonderful!! Thank you to all the staff! We will return!

This is a very nice place. It is a notch above and worth a few extra bucks. Parking is easy and it’s close to everything. We will stay again! On site bar is a plus! Evan was a great bartender. We were there at off peak season so it was quiet but very relaxing. Check this place out!

The Avalon was clean and convenient. The staff was extremely kind and polite! Loved every encounter with them. We had a small issue with our door, and it was addressed immediately. Check-in and check-out was smooth and quick! I will try to stay here again on my next trip to Florida! Thank you -

We went for my birthday get away weekend. It was spacious and clean. We stayed in a 3 bedroom. It was very co for table. Great beds, loved the keyless entry. So close to the beach and convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. The pool bar staff was friendly and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back!!

Very clean place. Had to ask for supplies/towels quite often- room wasn’t stocked very well. Falsely advertised as ocean view- our balcony faced a side street and you could barely see the ocean. Front desk very friendly. Overall we had fun and everyone was good to us!
