We had four couples stay at this property for a four-day weekend. Location could not be beat as river street and anything else you may want to do is within walking distance. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom, so that was perfect for our four couples. Would definitely stay here again.

Location of the home was terrific to downtown Savannah. Clean home, furniture could be a bit more comfortable. Only issue, was one of the bedrooms had a contemporary light over the bed, that was very awkward to walk around. Overall very nice stay, thank you!!

We rented the property for a girls weekend and had an amazing time. The location was perfect and we were able to easily access the main attractions in Savannah. We will definitely be back!

I planned a long weekend with friends. Found this house & it was perfect. It’s centrally located in the historic district which made everything walkable. Kitchen was well equipped. We all loved the eclectic decor!

This property was everything we wanted for our stay in Savannah with a family of 7! 4 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (very important if you want all to be ready at the same time in the morning.... ). The house was spotlessly clean, a big thanks to the cleaning crew. We didn't cook but the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to River Street, 10 minutes to Forsyth Park and everything in-between within walking distance. The parking spot is a bonus since there's really not a lot of public street parking available. If there's one little thing to criticize it's that the 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor are a lot hotter than the other bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We couldn't find out how to make the air conditioning cool down these bedrooms. Other than that we enjoyed our stay !

We were in town for a wedding that our whole family was invited to. Accommodations were perfect and a short walk to all the wedding activities as well as all the wonderful sight seeing and restaurants Savannah has to offer. Host was easy to communicate with, check in process flawless, place was very clean, room sizes perfect for the four couples that stayed. My only knock deals with the booking/cancellation policy. Since this home was perfect for my needs, I booked a year in advance and, therefore, I had to pay in full a year in advance and the cancellation policy was equally harsh in terms of being able to get any money back as a result of situation that would have caused me to cancel my reservation. As a VRBO property owner, I found this to be an awful policy for a renter that may want to come back to Savannah in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing property in Savannah. The rooms are all gorgeous and clean with TVs, comfy lounge spaces and a fully stocked kitchen. We could not have asked for a better location! All the main sites are within walking distance. The property manager responded very quickly to all our questions. Thank you for a great visit!

Perfect house! Each room has its own bathroom plus one on the main floor. Super clean and very quiet. Perfect central location within walking distance to everywhere! Definitely recommend!!

The house itself is a fun mix of historical, artistic, colorful and fun. There are two hang out areas and a large dining table. The location is close to everything…we walked the entire time, no need for a car. Being in the middle of this area does mean some noise and the house is across the street from a fire station but there were no middle of the night alarms during our stay. It was an ideal place and the fabulous home and decor made it even better. I accidentally left a bag in the confusion on my way out of the house, and they communicated the problem to me quickly, which made it easier to find a resolution. Check in was super easy and we had no problems where we needed to contact them during our stay. Internet was not strong upstairs but fine on the main level. We recommend this location.

We really enjoyed, a little too many stairs but accommodations were great. They should take that large light fixture out in the master bedroom, it’s dangerous

The house is in a wonderful location and beyond gorgeous! It is extremely artistic and yet very comfortable! The location is perfect for walking everywhere yet removed from the main street so a much more peaceful stay then being right on Broughton! We loved our stay, Mary was great with communication, we highly recommend!!

Great location, directly in the middle of the historic district of Savannah. The house is very nice from the outside but the inside really needs some TLC. Savannah is a beautiful town with history and charm and we had a good time.

We stayed with our friend group for a long weekend. The configuration of the rooms is perfect where each couple has their own bathroom. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. We loved that there is coffee and creamer already there. The second floor living room is a great gathering place and we enjoyed game night in this space. The property is in an ideal location being just a block or two from Broughton Street and a quick walk to Bay and river street. The walk to Forsyth Park is easy as well. All of the check-in directions are simple as well as the check-out. It is nice to be able to park at the house. This is a fantastic property and far exceeded our expectations!

We loved staying at this property! Our group consisted of 7 adults ranging in age from 24 to 60. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The best thing about this place is the location. It is a 10-minute walk in one direction to River Street and a 10-minute walk in the other direction to Forsyth Park. We were able to walk to almost every sight we wanted to see all weekend, which was a real treat. It's also a 5-minute walk to a 24-hour grocery store (Parker's). Some local spots close to the property that are worth visiting include: -Colonial Cemetery -Chippewa Square -Husk -The Olde Pink House -PJ's Thai -Cup to Cup Coffee The only criticism we had of the place was concerning the wi-fi strength, which was consistent on the first floor, but a bit shaky on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The signal wasn't strong enough for us to use the TV in the 2nd floor living room at all, so we did most of our group visiting on the 1st floor. That said, this inconvenience was so minor that it doesn't sway our overall rating at all. The property was perfect for our group and we would 100% stay here again!

This property is located in the perfect spot in historic Savannah. We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t need it again until we left. The property itself fit our needs perfectly and included all the amenities needed. The decor was unique and spurred some interesting conversations.

Beautiful, spacious house. High ceilings throughout. Classic Savannah styling. Short walk to everything. So nice that each bedroom has a full bath. We loved our short walk to mass at the Cathedral Basilica, Forsyth Park, and the river.

Our party of 6 consisted of all family - age ranges from 30 - 75. Each member thought the home just lovely and in a perfect location. Home is located directly across from active firehall so if noise is of concern it is something to consider. Sirens did not bother any members of our group. - Bedrooms had very comfortable beds and were beautifully furnished. Guest staying 3rd floor (blue/animal) room did mention the towel rod and curtain rods were broken, air purifiers had to be emptied x 2 a day and that there were no nightstands or lamps. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom was fabulous. Only the master bedroom has a TV but there are two TV’s located in the home - living room and upstairs library. Kitchen - only negative was that there were no dishcloths or tea towels to be found but otherwise had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. All members of our party said they would definitely stay again. I personally wanted to send for my things and never leave :)

Planned a fun birthday trip to Savannah with 3 of us couples. We wanted to stay somewhere close to the historic/downtown area and what better than to stay in a beautiful historic home. This property was perfect! Spacious, loved the decor & clean! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Washer/dryer and it has its own parking spot! It was close to everything we wanted to do. Views are beautiful. Easy to book & easy check in—Mary was lovely to work with. We would definitely book here again!

This was the perfect house for our girls trip to Savannah! The house was just as expected and it was walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend and book again in the future!

We came up to Savannah to meet with a group of friends from all over to celebrate my birthday. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos. Beautiful and lots of room. The location is perfect for walking to River Street or to view the various "squares" and cemeteries in the city. This house is huge and perfect for any size group. We had great communication with the owner and she was quick to respond. Parking was simple and we even got the spot out back for one of our cars. Be prepared to climb a few steps, but since we are able to handle them it wasn't a problem. We would stay here again when we come to Savannah.

Nice place

Our family enjoyed the location of this property. It's about a 10 minute walk down to the Riverfront. Restaurants & shopping all within walking distance and several squares nearby. It is located by the fire station so be prepared for extra noise, never heard anything after midnight or before 8am though. The home has beautiful architecture, spacious and clean. The host was accommodating and quick to respond.

We loved our time at this property! It was a short walking distance from many popular tourist destinations and restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and helpful if we had questions!

Great location! Lots to do around the property and a short walk in the Forsyth direction or the river direction. Plenty of restaurants and stores to get to. LOTS of stairs so if you're mobility impaired, ie can't take suitcases up flights of stairs, this might not be for you. The house is decorated nicely and is a comfy/lux place to relax after walking all day. My only complaint is the light in the one room is so low it's impossible not to hit your head at some point. Mary was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We had a great stay!
