Great home for a large family or group. Plenty of room to spread out and great location! Clean and updated. Nice outdoor space too!

One of the nicest rental house we have rented. Great for families or a large group of friend. Fuse ball and checkers tables were a huge hit and were our tiebreaker on deciding to rent this property. Excellent. Would rent from again.

The house is great, and the kitchen is nice and well supplied. The open space was perfect for a family gathering - some cooking, some hanging out, some at the table. The weather was lovely and we enjoyed eating all of our meals out in the yard at a full dinning table with a perfect shade. I wish I could bring my whole family back to host thanksgiving here.

We stayed at this property and went hiking every day in the CS area. It was a great place to stay for our headquarters. Well stocked and very clean. We would stay again no doubt.

This property could not have been more perfect! The view of Pikes Peak from the front porch swing was breathtaking. The location was great. The home itself was amazing, it accommodated 11 of us, 9 adults ages 21-75, 2 children 6 & 9. Warm yet spacious, everything we could ask for. We were planning our next stay before we left! We cannot wait to return in summer.

We stayed at this property with friends & family. We had a great time. The house was spacious, kitchen was well equipped, and we loved the large living area & the dining table. Overall the home was fantastic. To top this, the host was great - professional, communicative and responds immediately. A perfect winter wonderland!!

My husband and adult kids stayed at this lovely home to visit our other adult kid and her family. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for all.

Stayed at this property with family and we woke up to a winter wonderland on my wedding day. The house was so spacious for 9 people. It was nice to sit around the big kitchen island and visit. The dining room table was perfect for a big family dinner. We all were able to sit on the couches and watch our favorite show together as well. Overall Fantastic house and great location.

This is a great home for families to spend some time together. Lots of room, and enjoyed the king size beds in each bedroom. Plenty of bathrooms, and kitchen is well stocked.

Great property in Colorado Springs about 15 minutes from the Broadmoor. House was clean and large with great bedrooms for adult couples. Only thing to consider is that the downstairs tends to get warm during the summer days but cools off extremely quick as the outdoor temperatures drop.

This home was so welcoming and comfortable for our large family! We had recently lost our Mother (who had lived in CO SPGS for 86 years), and we brought her back to Colorado for a Celebration of her Life. Our family felt at home here and we especially liked the peacefulness of sitting out on the patio. There was lots of laughter and memories shared here! Each room represented the special places of Colorado Springs, all of what we grew up with! There are so many special touches and each one put a smile on our face! Thank you to the owners and the management for a seamless rental and for helping us to make many new memories! If you are deciding on where to stay, this home will not disappoint you!

Wonderful location to access all the adventures in the area! Royal gorge rafting, zip line, hiking, pikes peak, garden of the gods. House had a good size kitchen/dining for our large group and all the beds were comfortable with remodeled bathrooms. 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 on the first floor.

This property is so family friendly ! There were 11 of us (9-72yrs) and we had plenty of room. We ate some meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare or warm up our meals. The charcoal grill is such a nice addition. The bar and dining table were just perfect for us. We could all be together and visit and enjoy each other's company. Having 5 KING beds is fabulous !! No one had to be crowded. Our 17 yr. old granddaughter even commented on how nice that was. The extra bathrooms are very accommodating too! No one had to be waiting "in line". Two washers and two dryers !! How great is that!! We also enjoyed our time outside on the patio. Again, plenty of chairs that we could all sit and enjoy the view of the mountains and visit. They are very generous with all of the extras.....laundry and dishwasher soap, handsoap in each bathroom and kitchen sink, toilet paper, paper towels, and even napkins on the dining table. They have thought of everything to make the stay as convenient as possible. We even enjoyed the foos ball table, my first time to play. It sure was fun for our 2 youngest grandkids. Thank You Mary Kay for being a wonderful, accommodating Hostess. I appreciate you being available and very prompt with questions I might have had. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY !

Everything about it was perfect…owner, place, location, layout. We really enjoyed our time and Mary Kay is a wonderful host.

Beautiful home

This home is perfect for family and friends to stay together and also have their own space. The bedrooms and living areas have plenty of space for everyone. It was clean, neat, and well appointed. We didn't want for anything.
