No breakfast. This place was very roomy, with living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. This was our first stop and we were jet-lagged, so it was good to have a space to go where we wouldn't disturb the others if we couldn't sleep. Especially useful for the kids, who needed the space to let off all their pent-up energy.
The parking was crazy. Also, we didn't get the message on the keybox codes till the day after we got there. I had to call the owner, and he gave them to me. It wasn't his fault, but why wait so close to arrival time to send the codes? We didn't have an international calling plan and no way to access the Internet so early in our travels.

Perfect location and accommodation, an easy walk to town. I stayed here with my parents, husband, 2 year old and 8 week old children to attend a wedding in Kinsale and it was perfect for our needs. The three bedrooms were spacious and a travel cot was provided. The whole house was very clean, and there were enough facilities for a comfortable stay. The location around the corner from the centre of town was fantastic, making it easy to get around, even with a pram. Will definitely book again next time we are in Kinsale.
We knew the house didn't have WIFI before booking, but that was the only thing it was missing

seating area very comfortable and plenty of seats for all. great hot water. nice to have bedside tables and lamps. dishwasher convenient, laundry facilities very nice.

it was fine for us but be aware there are steps(bathroom on 1st floor and all bedrooms on 2nd floor).
also the listing does not include Wi-Fi, and though it is not listed as an included amenity, it probably should be more boldly indicated that it is not included at this property.

A bit taken back there was no internet at the property. The kitchen equipment was limited , 5 plates for 6 people. No crockscrew or a colander

Location was great.
Parked car outside house & didn't use it for 2 days.
Short stroll into the town & close to lots of pubs/restaurants.
House nice & clean on arrival. Heat on too which was good as it was a February stay.
Rooms a good size with spacious lounge area on ground floor and more than adequate kitchen/dining area.
Would certainly stay again if in the area.

Location was excellent. Was in Kinsale for 2 days and never used my car. Walked everywhere.
I'm only nit picking here......but the water pressure in the electric shower wasn't great......only for that i would, without hesitation, give the property 10/10 instead of 9/10.....and to be fair, maybe the water pressure was down on the mains supply for those couple of days.

The house was warm , spotless with everything you need .it was a home from home experience .The location was a 5 minute stroll from the center of kinsale.Plenty of space for 5 adults to sit comfortable.

Great location for exploring Kinsale! Was very comfortable for our group, which included two small children for our two night stay.
The only dining area was a kitchen island with bar stools. While it was plenty big it was a bit harder for the kids to use for eating. Also no wifi, which we knew in advance but good to note if anyone in your party needs to get online for work or anything.

The location was perfect with ample space for parking on the street. Just a short walk to the Cosy Cafe in Kinsale for a good coffee and great breakfast. Kitchen was superb and has washer/dryer for a mid-trip laundry.

Walking distance to local restaurants and pubs
Comfy 3-bedroom setup however, only meant for sleeping really. Not much to accommodate out of country guests.
**No WiFi at all**. which is really unacceptable in 2022 and at a prime location. Could not connect to streaming services and the cell service is poor.
Broken couch, the legs are broken on the large couch causing limited seating for 5 people. Could only use the love seat and chair.
Broken shade strings, had to manually roll up the shades in the living room if we wanted natural light.
***No instructions for appliances**. Didn’t know what the icons on the washer and dryer meant. The dryer stopped working; had to google what the error message was which turned out to be that the reservoir in dryer filled up to the brim with water. The fireplace remote didn’t work, so had to figure out function manually.
The patio was tiny, overgrown, and not at all suitable for outdoor sitting.

Location for this porperty was excellent and was easy to get to the house, 3 bed house, very clean and it suited our needs as we were sightseeing during the day
