Only the Theme Park
The living room ac wasn't working, furniture were old & rundown, dining table infested with ants, balcony was dirty & sliding door needs oiling/greasing. Both toilets taps were loose.

The Waterpark was ok. The staff were friendly as everywhere in Malaysia.
The apartment is in a very bad condition. The images on Booking.com are not a true representation of what is provided. Whereas the rest of the resort accommodation looks nice our apartment was not. We didn't have duvets provided on arrival, only the next day with additional bug spray and toilet paper. Lots of ants all over the apartment. Sink in en suite bathroom leaks badly. Aircon unit in second bedroom wasn't working properly the first night and leaking water the next morning. 4 Waterpark tickets were provided of which one didn't work. The resort told us to contact the rental company to fix it, the rental company told us the park must contact them. We paid for another ticket. The whole flat is covered in stains and mouldy. This was by far our worst accommodation in Malaysia.

agent very rude. i booking double bad get single then his change to other house have 3 room.he said he lock one room but never do then i never sleep that room. he said have 6 towel but actually have 4. lucky i take everything when i chck in.

I booked this property for 3 nights. But I just stayed one night, It was a very dirty and uncleaned place. The beds and bedsheets are dirty and unclean. same for furniture as well very dirty sofa. AC worked at night but stopped functioning in the Morning all 3 A/C. It was supper hot after that. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. waste of money and I had to find another property to continue my stay at Melaka for the other two nights.

Can improve on below:
1. More pillow in each room. Great to have 4 pillow + 1 bolster on each bed
2. Extra garbage bag so tenant can keep apartment clean
3. It's a plus to have wet clothes drying rack at the balcony
4. Add hand soap at kitchen sink

Facility is really comfortable and nice for family outing. The access to waterpark are easy and kids really love it.
The place quite secluded, you need to drive a bit to find nearest restaurant. They have their own restaurants but there is limited choice of food.

We payed the price for a standard homestay, and it comes with 4 tickets to the waterpark - so i would say this is very very much worth it

Towels iron hair dryer mini fridge iron board - albeit really short - tissue rolls, soap for showering small rack to hang wet clothes hot shower are all provided
Not enough lights- is gets quite dim at night like a romantic scene, even if we turned all the lights on
Really basic 2 seater sofa, for the huge space i think putting more sofas is nessasary especially the house fits 4 adults
Its 20 mins drive to the main town, so forget walking, u have to drive to get there
