The hotel was beautiful and quiet the staff was lovely and friendly

It was so quiet and beautiful layout of pool and bar

Location was ideal, a few minutes from Marmaris centre

Upon arrival air conditioning was working very poorly, a member of staff came up to fix it and was in and out of our room knocking up until after half 3. This wasn’t the only time he had to do so as it wouldn’t go cold. On two separate occasions when both me and my friend (young females) were in the room alone sleeping naked due to the heat, the maintenance man let himself in to the room despite not being called, when asked to leave he questioned us. On our last night, he came into the room and pretended to play with the air conditioning whilst making my friend feel extremely uncomfortable as she was naked and he wouldn’t leave. The doors do not lock from the inside so we were unable to keep ourselves safe from this man. I worry if we were here longer what could’ve happened or if they came into the room when we were unaware. Also Wi-Fi only works in the stairwell or reception, not in the rooms as they claimed. Have since spoken to other women who stayed at the same hotel and they have shared the same experience.

The room was nice, and the shower was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet.

Its not a dislike but the aircon was not as cold as I would have liked it. This is just a personal thing for when I am getting ready and I have to use a hairdryer. They are apparently changing them. Plus again just for mainly us woman, could do with a mirror where the dressing table and plugs are.

The place is very clean and well maintained. The kind attitude and the response was given immediately, I would especially mention Sibel, a professional woman with a high sense of service

that there is no trash can and means to make coffee in the room

The staff at Rosy Hotel were very welcoming and kind. They informed me well about the neigbourhood and as a female solo traveler, I felt safe. The room was nice as well - its design is a bit old, but comfortable still and had all the equipment I needed. Would come back again! Thanks for everything :)

Very clean, good location, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, WiFi worked perfectly (it was very important for me, because I had to work). I definitely recommend this hotel.
