Breakfast was fine, the room was lovely, the view was spectacular, The Irish Pub downstairs was great, Ali and his staff were welcoming, the drinks and food was good and both Ali and his staff gave loads of information such as tours, shopping and any other local amenities and we had access to the beach all day.

Just need some improvement in the cleaning staff speed and frequency of cleaning

Absoluty amazing holiday we had. Yuvam was a perfect location... A 20 minute stroll to the harbour and a 10 minute stroll to taj mahal area. The staff couldn't do enough always smiley always happy and always saved. Our favorite sun beds on the beach for us. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day. Outdated decor/furniture.. But who cares... If youe sitting in your room to even notice your wasting a holiday!! Beds were comfy.. Rooms were plenty big enough. Shower worked all temperatures and nice and powerful. We were on the first floor and first room to the left so preety near the bar. All these noise complaints I did worry a little. Let me assure you the noise of music was turned of 5 minutes to midnight Every night and not a minute later!! Which was perfect for us, we dine out ever evening and find diffrent things or entertainment each evening.. By the time we were back it was at least 11.30pm most night anyway. Anyone noise complaining... Mabye don't stay at an Irish bar! What do you expect...? The beach is peaceful in this area and they do not blast music in the day! It is a quiet area. We will be returning next year with our 6 year old little boy.. We felt safe and very welcome every member of staff which we spoke to was helpful smiley and friendly. This place exceeded my expectations from booking. If you want a comfortable room on the beach front that is safe and clean this is ideal. Didn't think to take pictures was to busy enjoying our holiday so popped some on with the room in the background.

The hotel is located right in front of the beach

1) no beach towels. They offer to buy at the hotel at a price of 300 TL. please note that such towel in a nearby store costs 80-100 TL. 2) The photo of the room and the description on the site don't correspond to reality. we lived in room 102, there was no declared sea view, the furniture was old, the room was very tired 3) dirt. there is a lot of dust under the beds, cups from previous guests, it is clear that they are cleaned only in visible places 4) of the shower accessories declared in the description, only 1 jar with something incomprehensible (both shower gel and shampoo) 5) meager breakfast (boiled egg, watermelon / melon, roll, muesli and a couple of types of cheese). NO COFFEE!!! only for money the hotel is suitable only for a short stay or for very unpretentious tourists in everything

was very close to the beach. the pool was a bit small but was mostly empty so was nice to chill and have fun with the kids.

nice room with nice bathroom including a rainshower. Seaview. There s a fridge and waterwarmer for coffee and tea. Airco was good.No noice from other rooms: quiet. Wifi was OK.Untill 12 pm , music downstairs in bar at streetside.Location close to beach and supermarket.Excellent price- quality !!
